וְיָצָ֥א there veh-ya-TSA חֹ֖טֶר shall HOH-ter מִגֵּ֣זַע come mee-ɡAY-za יִשָׁ֑י forth yee-SHAI וְנֵ֖צֶר a veh-NAY-tser מִשָּׁרָשָׁ֥יו rod mee-sha-ra-SHAV יִפְרֶֽה׃ out yeef-REH -
וְנָחָ֥ה the veh-na-HA עָלָ֖יו spirit ah-LAV ר֣וּחַ of ROO-ak יְהוָ֑ה the yeh-VA ר֧וּחַ Lord ROO-ak חָכְמָ֣ה shall hoke-MA וּבִינָ֗ה rest oo-vee-NA ר֤וּחַ upon ROO-ak עֵצָה֙ him, ay-TSA וּגְבוּרָ֔ה the oo-ɡeh-voo-RA ר֥וּחַ spirit ROO-ak דַּ֖עַת of DA-at וְיִרְאַ֥ת wisdom veh-yeer-AT יְהוָֽה׃ and yeh-VA -
וַהֲרִיח֖וֹ shall va-huh-ree-HOH בְּיִרְאַ֣ת make beh-yeer-AT יְהוָ֑ה him yeh-VA וְלֹֽא of veh-LOH לְמַרְאֵ֤ה quick leh-mahr-A עֵינָיו֙ understanding ay-nav יִשְׁפּ֔וֹט in yeesh-POTE וְלֹֽא the veh-LOH לְמִשְׁמַ֥ע fear leh-meesh-MA אָזְנָ֖יו of oze-NAV יוֹכִֽיחַ׃ the yoh-HEE-ak -
וְשָׁפַ֤ט with veh-sha-FAHT בְּצֶ֙דֶק֙ righteousness beh-TSEH-DEK דַּלִּ֔ים shall da-LEEM וְהוֹכִ֥יחַ he veh-hoh-HEE-ak בְּמִישׁ֖וֹר judge beh-mee-SHORE לְעַנְוֵי the leh-an-VAY אָ֑רֶץ poor, AH-rets וְהִֽכָּה and veh-HEE-ka אֶ֙רֶץ֙ reprove EH-RETS בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט with beh-SHAY-vet פִּ֔יו equity peeoo וּבְר֥וּחַ for oo-veh-ROO-ak שְׂפָתָ֖יו the seh-fa-TAV יָמִ֥ית meek ya-MEET רָשָֽׁע׃ of ra-SHA -
וְהָ֥יָה righteousness veh-HA-ya צֶ֖דֶק shall TSEH-dek אֵז֣וֹר be ay-ZORE מָתְנָ֑יו the mote-NAV וְהָאֱמוּנָ֖ה girdle veh-ha-ay-moo-NA אֵז֥וֹר of ay-ZORE חֲלָצָֽיו׃ his huh-la-TSAIV -
וְגָ֤ר wolf veh-ɡAHR זְאֵב֙ also zeh-AVE עִם shall eem כֶּ֔בֶשׂ dwell KEH-ves וְנָמֵ֖ר with veh-na-MARE עִם the eem גְּדִ֣י lamb, ɡeh-DEE יִרְבָּ֑ץ and yeer-BAHTS וְעֵ֨גֶל the veh-A-ɡel וּכְפִ֤יר leopard oo-heh-FEER וּמְרִיא֙ shall oo-meh-REE יַחְדָּ֔ו lie yahk-DAHV וְנַ֥עַר down veh-NA-ar קָטֹ֖ן with ka-TONE נֹהֵ֥ג the noh-HAɡE בָּֽם׃ kid; bahm -
וּפָרָ֤ה the oo-fa-RA וָדֹב֙ cow va-DOVE תִּרְעֶ֔ינָה and teer-A-na יַחְדָּ֖ו the yahk-DAHV יִרְבְּצ֣וּ bear yeer-beh-TSOO יַלְדֵיהֶ֑ן shall yahl-day-HEN וְאַרְיֵ֖ה feed; veh-ar-YAY כַּבָּקָ֥ר their ka-ba-KAHR יֹֽאכַל young YOH-hahl תֶּֽבֶן׃ ones TEH-ven -

וְהָיָ֣ה׀ it veh-ha-YA בַּיּ֣וֹם shall BA-yome הַה֗וּא come ha-HOO יוֹסִ֨יף to yoh-SEEF אֲדֹנָ֤י׀ pass uh-doh-NAI שֵׁנִית֙ in shay-NEET יָד֔וֹ that ya-DOH לִקְנ֖וֹת day, leek-NOTE אֶת that et שְׁאָ֣ר the sheh-AR עַמּ֑וֹ Lord AH-moh אֲשֶׁ֣ר shall uh-SHER יִשָּׁאֵר֩ set yee-sha-ARE מֵאַשּׁ֨וּר his may-AH-shoor וּמִמִּצְרַ֜יִם hand oo-mee-meets-RA-yeem וּמִפַּתְר֣וֹס again oo-mee-paht-ROSE וּמִכּ֗וּשׁ the oo-MEE-koosh וּמֵעֵילָ֤ם second oo-may-ay-LAHM וּמִשִּׁנְעָר֙ time oo-mee-sheen-AR וּמֵ֣חֲמָ֔ת to oo-MAY-huh-MAHT וּמֵאִיֵּ֖י recover oo-may-ee-YAY הַיָּֽם׃ ha-YAHM -
וְנָשָׂ֥א he veh-na-SA נֵס֙ shall nase לַגּוֹיִ֔ם set la-ɡoh-YEEM וְאָסַ֖ף up veh-ah-SAHF נִדְחֵ֣י an need-HAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל ensign yees-ra-ALE וּנְפֻצ֤וֹת for oo-neh-foo-TSOTE יְהוּדָה֙ the yeh-hoo-DA יְקַבֵּ֔ץ nations, yeh-ka-BAYTS מֵאַרְבַּ֖ע and may-ar-BA כַּנְפ֥וֹת shall kahn-FOTE הָאָֽרֶץ׃ assemble ha-AH-rets -
וְסָ֙רָה֙ envy veh-SA-RA קִנְאַ֣ת also keen-AT אֶפְרַ֔יִם of ef-RA-yeem וְצֹרְרֵ֥י Ephraim veh-tsoh-reh-RAY יְהוּדָ֖ה shall yeh-hoo-DA יִכָּרֵ֑תוּ depart, yee-ka-RAY-too אֶפְרַ֙יִם֙ and ef-RA-YEEM לֹֽא the loh יְקַנֵּ֣א adversaries yeh-ka-NAY אֶת of et יְהוּדָ֔ה Judah yeh-hoo-DA וִֽיהוּדָ֖ה shall vee-hoo-DA לֹֽא be loh יָצֹ֥ר cut ya-TSORE אֶת off: et אֶפְרָֽיִם׃ Ephraim ef-RA-yeem -
וְעָפ֨וּ they veh-ah-FOO בְכָתֵ֤ף shall veh-ha-TAFE פְּלִשְׁתִּים֙ fly peh-leesh-TEEM יָ֔מָּה upon YA-ma יַחְדָּ֖ו the yahk-DAHV יָבֹ֣זּוּ shoulders ya-VOH-zoo אֶת of et בְּנֵי the beh-NAY קֶ֑דֶם Philistines KEH-dem אֱד֤וֹם toward ay-DOME וּמוֹאָב֙ the oo-moh-AV מִשְׁל֣וֹח west; meesh-LOKE יָדָ֔ם they ya-DAHM וּבְנֵ֥י shall oo-veh-NAY עַמּ֖וֹן spoil AH-mone מִשְׁמַעְתָּֽם׃ meesh-ma-TAHM -
וְהֶחֱרִ֣ים the veh-heh-hay-REEM יְהוָ֗ה Lord yeh-VA אֵ֚ת shall ate לְשׁ֣וֹן utterly leh-SHONE יָם destroy yahm מִצְרַ֔יִם meets-RA-yeem וְהֵנִ֥יף the veh-hay-NEEF יָד֛וֹ tongue ya-DOH עַל of al הַנָּהָ֖ר the ha-na-HAHR בַּעְיָ֣ם Egyptian ba-YAHM רוּח֑וֹ sea; roo-HOH וְהִכָּ֙הוּ֙ and veh-hee-KA-HOO לְשִׁבְעָ֣ה with leh-sheev-AH נְחָלִ֔ים his neh-ha-LEEM וְהִדְרִ֖יךְ mighty veh-heed-REEK בַּנְּעָלִֽים׃ wind ba-neh-ah-LEEM -
וְהָיְתָ֣ה there veh-hai-TA מְסִלָּ֔ה shall meh-see-LA לִשְׁאָ֣ר be leesh-AR עַמּ֔וֹ an AH-moh אֲשֶׁ֥ר highway uh-SHER יִשָּׁאֵ֖ר for yee-sha-ARE מֵֽאַשּׁ֑וּר the may-AH-shoor כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר remnant ka-uh-SHER הָֽיְתָה֙ of ha-yeh-TA לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל his leh-yees-ra-ALE בְּי֥וֹם people, beh-YOME עֲלֹת֖וֹ which uh-loh-TOH מֵאֶ֥רֶץ shall may-EH-rets מִצְרָֽיִם׃ be meets-RA-yeem
