כִּֽי thou kee תֵ֭שֵׁב sittest TAY-shave לִלְח֣וֹם to leel-HOME אֶת eat et מוֹשֵׁ֑ל with moh-SHALE בִּ֥ין a been תָּ֝בִ֗ין ruler, TA-VEEN אֶת consider et אֲשֶׁ֥ר diligently uh-SHER לְפָנֶֽיךָ׃ leh-fa-NAY-ha -
וְשַׂמְתָּ֣ put veh-sahm-TA שַׂכִּ֣ין a sa-KEEN בְּלֹעֶ֑ךָ knife beh-loh-EH-ha אִם to eem בַּ֖עַל thy BA-al נֶ֣פֶשׁ throat, NEH-fesh אָֽתָּה׃ if AH-ta -
אַל not al תִּ֭תְאָו desirous TEET-ove לְמַטְעַמּוֹתָ֑יו of leh-maht-ah-moh-TAV וְ֝ה֗וּא his VEH-HOO לֶ֣חֶם dainties: LEH-hem כְּזָבִֽים׃ for keh-za-VEEM -
אַל not al תִּיגַ֥ע to tee-ɡA לְֽהַעֲשִׁ֑יר be leh-ha-uh-SHEER מִֽבִּינָתְךָ֥ rich: mee-bee-note-HA חֲדָֽל׃ cease huh-DAHL -
הֲתָ֤עִוף thou huh-TA-eev-f עֵינֶ֥יךָ set ay-NAY-ha בּ֗וֹ thine boh וְֽאֵ֫ינֶ֥נּוּ eyes veh-A-NEH-noo כִּ֤י upon kee עָשֹׂ֣ה that ah-SOH יַעֲשֶׂה which ya-uh-SEH לּ֣וֹ is loh כְנָפַ֑יִם not? heh-na-FA-yeem כְּ֝נֶ֗שֶׁר for KEH-NEH-sher וָע֥יּף riches VA-yf הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃ certainly ha-sha-MA-yeem -
אַל thou al תִּלְחַ֗ם not teel-HAHM אֶת et לֶ֭חֶם the LEH-hem רַ֣ע bread ra עָ֑יִן of AH-yeen וְאַל him veh-AL תִּ֝תְאָ֗ו that TEET-AV לְמַטְעַמֹּתָֽיו׃ hath leh-maht-ah-moh-TAIV -
כִּ֤י׀ as kee כְּמ֥וֹ he keh-MOH שָׁעַ֥ר thinketh sha-AR בְּנַפְשׁ֗וֹ in beh-nahf-SHOH כֶּ֫ן his ken ה֥וּא heart, hoo אֱכ֣וֹל so ay-HOLE וּ֭שְׁתֵה is OO-sheh-tay יֹ֣אמַר he: YOH-mahr לָ֑ךְ Eat lahk וְ֝לִבּ֗וֹ and VEH-LEE-boh בַּל drink, bahl עִמָּֽךְ׃ saith ee-MAHK -
פִּֽתְּךָ morsel PEE-teh-ha אָכַ֥לְתָּ which ah-HAHL-ta תְקִיאֶ֑נָּה thou teh-kee-EH-na וְ֝שִׁחַ֗תָּ hast VEH-shee-HA-ta דְּבָרֶ֥יךָ eaten deh-va-RAY-ha הַנְּעִימִֽים׃ shalt ha-neh-ee-MEEM -
בְּאָזְנֵ֣י not beh-oze-NAY כְ֭סִיל in HEH-seel אַל the al תְּדַבֵּ֑ר ears teh-da-BARE כִּֽי of kee יָ֝ב֗וּז a YA-VOOZ לְשֵׂ֣כֶל fool: leh-SAY-hel מִלֶּֽיךָ׃ for mee-LAY-ha -
אַל not al תַּ֭סֵּג the TA-saɡe גְּב֣וּל old ɡeh-VOOL עוֹלָ֑ם landmark; oh-LAHM וּבִשְׂדֵ֥י and oo-vees-DAY יְ֝תוֹמִ֗ים enter YEH-toh-MEEM אַל not al תָּבֹֽא׃ into ta-VOH -
כִּֽי their kee גֹאֲלָ֥ם redeemer ɡoh-uh-LAHM חָזָ֑ק is ha-ZAHK הֽוּא mighty; hoo יָרִ֖יב he ya-REEV אֶת shall et רִיבָ֣ם plead ree-VAHM אִתָּֽךְ׃ ee-TAHK -
הָבִ֣יאָה thine ha-VEE-ah לַמּוּסָ֣ר heart la-moo-SAHR לִבֶּ֑ךָ unto lee-BEH-ha וְ֝אָזְנֶ֗ךָ instruction, VEH-oze-NEH-ha לְאִמְרֵי and leh-eem-RAY דָֽעַת׃ thine DA-at -
אַל not al תִּמְנַ֣ע correction teem-NA מִנַּ֣עַר from mee-NA-ar מוּסָ֑ר the moo-SAHR כִּֽי child: kee תַכֶּ֥נּוּ for ta-KEH-noo בַ֝שֵּׁ֗בֶט if VA-SHAY-vet לֹ֣א thou loh יָמֽוּת׃ beatest ya-MOOT -
אַ֭תָּה shalt AH-ta בַּשֵּׁ֣בֶט beat ba-SHAY-vet תַּכֶּ֑נּוּ him ta-KEH-noo וְ֝נַפְשׁ֗וֹ with VEH-nahf-SHOH מִשְּׁא֥וֹל the mee-sheh-OLE תַּצִּֽיל׃ rod, ta-TSEEL -
בְּ֭נִי son, BEH-nee אִם if eem חָכַ֣ם thine ha-HAHM לִבֶּ֑ךָ heart lee-BEH-ha יִשְׂמַ֖ח be yees-MAHK לִבִּ֣י wise, lee-BEE גַם my ɡahm אָֽנִי׃ heart AH-nee -
וְתַעְלֹ֥זְנָה my veh-ta-LOH-zeh-na כִלְיוֹתָ֑י reins heel-yoh-TAI בְּדַבֵּ֥ר shall beh-da-BARE שְׂ֝פָתֶ֗יךָ rejoice, SEH-fa-TAY-ha מֵישָׁרִֽים׃ when may-sha-REEM -
אַל not al יְקַנֵּ֣א thine yeh-ka-NAY לִ֭בְּךָ heart LEE-beh-ha בַּֽחַטָּאִ֑ים envy ba-ha-ta-EEM כִּ֥י sinners: kee אִם but eem בְּיִרְאַת be beh-yeer-AT יְ֝הוָ֗ה thou YEH-VA כָּל in kahl הַיּֽוֹם׃ the ha-yome -
כִּ֭י surely kee אִם there eem יֵ֣שׁ is yaysh אַחֲרִ֑ית an ah-huh-REET וְ֝תִקְוָתְךָ֗ end; VEH-teek-vote-HA לֹ֣א and loh תִכָּרֵֽת׃ thine tee-ka-RATE -
שְׁמַע thou, sheh-MA אַתָּ֣ה my ah-TA בְנִ֣י son, veh-NEE וַחֲכָ֑ם and va-huh-HAHM וְאַשֵּׁ֖ר be veh-ah-SHARE בַּדֶּ֣רֶךְ wise, ba-DEH-rek לִבֶּֽךָ׃ and lee-BEH-ha -
אַל not al תְּהִ֥י among teh-HEE בְסֹֽבְאֵי winebibbers; veh-SOH-veh-ay יָ֑יִן YA-yeen בְּזֹלֲלֵ֖י among beh-zoh-luh-LAY בָשָׂ֣ר riotous va-SAHR לָֽמוֹ׃ eaters LA-moh -
כִּי the kee סֹבֵ֣א drunkard soh-VAY וְ֭זוֹלֵל and VEH-zoh-lale יִוָּרֵ֑שׁ the yee-wa-RAYSH וּ֝קְרָעִ֗ים glutton OO-keh-ra-EEM תַּלְבִּ֥ישׁ shall tahl-BEESH נוּמָֽה׃ come noo-MA -
שְׁמַ֣ע unto sheh-MA לְ֭אָבִיךָ thy LEH-ah-vee-ha זֶ֣ה father zeh יְלָדֶ֑ךָ that yeh-la-DEH-ha וְאַל begat veh-AL תָּ֝ב֗וּז thee, TA-VOOZ כִּֽי and kee זָקְנָ֥ה despise zoke-NA אִמֶּֽךָ׃ not ee-MEH-ha -
אֱמֶ֣ת the ay-MET קְ֭נֵה truth, KEH-nay וְאַל and veh-AL תִּמְכֹּ֑ר sell teem-KORE חָכְמָ֖ה it hoke-MA וּמוּסָ֣ר not; oo-moo-SAHR וּבִינָֽה׃ also oo-vee-NA -
גִּ֣ול father ɡEEV-l יָ֭גִיל of YA-ɡeel אֲבִ֣י the uh-VEE צַדִּ֑יק righteous tsa-DEEK יוֹלֵ֥ד shall yoh-LADE חָ֝כָ֗ם greatly HA-HAHM ויִשְׂמַח rejoice: vees-MAHK בּֽוֹ׃ and boh -
יִֽשְׂמַח father YEE-seh-mahk אָבִ֥יךָ and ah-VEE-ha וְאִמֶּ֑ךָ thy veh-ee-MEH-ha וְ֝תָגֵ֗ל mother VEH-ta-ɡALE יֽוֹלַדְתֶּֽךָ׃ shall YOH-lahd-TEH-ha -
תְּנָֽה son, teh-NA בְנִ֣י give veh-NEE לִבְּךָ֣ me lee-beh-HA לִ֑י thine lee וְ֝עֵינֶ֗יךָ heart, VEH-ay-NAY-ha דְּרָכַ֥י and deh-ra-HAI תִּרֹּֽצְנָה׃ let tee-ROH-tseh-na -
כִּֽי a kee שׁוּחָ֣ה whore shoo-HA עֲמֻקָּ֣ה is uh-moo-KA זוֹנָ֑ה a zoh-NA וּבְאֵ֥ר deep oo-veh-ARE צָ֝רָ֗ה ditch; TSA-RA נָכְרִיָּֽה׃ and noke-ree-YA -
אַף also af הִ֭יא lieth hee כְּחֶ֣תֶף in keh-HEH-tef תֶּֽאֱרֹ֑ב wait teh-ay-ROVE וּ֝בוֹגְדִ֗ים as OO-voh-ɡeh-DEEM בְּאָדָ֥ם for beh-ah-DAHM תּוֹסִֽף׃ a toh-SEEF -
לְמִ֨י hath leh-MEE א֥וֹי woe? oy לְמִ֪י who leh-MEE אֲב֡וֹי hath uh-VOY לְמִ֤י sorrow? leh-MEE מִדְוָנִ֨ים׀ who meed-va-NEEM לְמִ֥י hath leh-MEE שִׂ֗יחַ contentions? SEE-ak לְ֭מִי who LEH-mee פְּצָעִ֣ים hath peh-tsa-EEM חִנָּ֑ם babbling? hee-NAHM לְ֝מִ֗י who LEH-MEE חַכְלִל֥וּת hath hahk-lee-LOOT עֵינָֽיִם׃ wounds ay-NA-yeem -
לַֽמְאַחֲרִ֥ים that lahm-ah-huh-REEM עַל tarry al הַיָּ֑יִן long ha-YA-yeen לַ֝בָּאִ֗ים at LA-ba-EEM לַחְקֹ֥ר the lahk-KORE מִמְסָֽךְ׃ wine; meem-SAHK -
אַל not al תֵּ֥רֶא thou TAY-reh יַיִן֮ upon ya-YEEN כִּ֤י the kee יִתְאַ֫דָּ֥ם wine yeet-AH-DAHM כִּֽי when kee יִתֵּ֣ן it yee-TANE בַּכּ֣יֹס is BA-kose עֵינ֑וֹ red, ay-NOH יִ֝תְהַלֵּ֗ךְ when YEET-ha-LAKE בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃ it beh-may-sha-REEM -
