Matthew 7 in Tamil

1 நீங்கள் குற்றவாளிகளென்று தீர்க்கப்படாதபடிக்கு மற்றவர்களைக் குற்றவாளிகளென்று தீர்க்காதிருங்கள். Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 ஏனெனில், நீங்கள் மற்றவர்களைத் தீர்க்கிற தீர்ப்பின்படியே நீங்களும் தீர்க்கப்படுவீர்கள்; நீங்கள் மற்றவர்களுக்கு அளக்கிற அளவின்படியே உங்களுக்கும் அளக்கப்படும். For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 நீ உன் கண்ணிலிருக்கிற உத்திரத்தை உணராமல், உன் சகோதரன் கண்ணிலிருக்கிற துரும்பைப் பார்க்கிறதென்ன? And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 இதோ உன் கண்ணில் உத்திரம் இருக்கையில் உன் சகோதரனை நோக்கி நான் உன் கண்ணிலிருக்கிற துரும்பை எடுத்துப்போடட்டும் என்று நீ சொல்வதெப்படி? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 மாயக்காரனே! முன்பு உன் கண்ணிலிருக்கிற உத்திரத்தை எடுத்துப்போடு; பின்பு உன் சகோதரன் கண்ணிலிருக்கிற துரும்பை எடுத்துப்போட வகைபார்ப்பாய். Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

6 பரிசுத்தமானதை நாய்களுக்குக் கொடாதேயுங்கள்; உங்கள் முத்துகளைப் பன்றிகள்முன் போடாதேயுங்கள்; போட்டால் தங்கள் கால்களால் அவைகளை மிதித்து, திரும்பிக்கொண்டு உங்களைப் பீறிப்போடும். Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

7 கேளுங்கள், அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்குக் Εொடுக்கப்படும்; தேடுங்கள், அப்பொழுது கண்டடைவீர்கள்; தட்டுங்கள் அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்குத் திறக்கப்படும். Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 ஏனென்றால், கேட்கிற எவனும் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறான்; தேடுகிறவன் கண்டடைகிறான்; தட்டுகிறவனுக்குத் திறக்கப்படும். For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 உங்களில் எந்த மனுஷனானாலும் தன்னிடத்தில் அப்பத்தைக்கேட்கிற தன் மகனுக்குக் கல்லைக் கொடுப்பானா? Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 மீனைக்கேட்டால் அவனுக்குப் பாம்பைக்கொடுப்பானா? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 ஆகையால், பொல்லாதவர்களாகிய நீங்கள் உங்கள் பிள்ளைகளுக்கு நல்ல ஈவுகளைக் கொடுக்க அறிந்திருக்கும்போது, பரலோகத்திலிருக்கிற உங்கள் பிதா தம்மிடத்தில் வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களுக்கு நன்மையானவைகளைக் கொடுப்பது அதிக நிச்சயம் அல்லவா? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12 ஆதலால், மனுஷர் உங்களுக்கு எவைகளைச்செய்ய விரும்புகிறீர்களோ, அவைகளை நீங்களும் அவர்களுக்குச் செய்யுங்கள்; இதுவே நியாயப்பிரமாணமும் தீர்க்கதரிசனங்களுமாம். Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

13 இடுக்கமான வாசல் வழியாய் உட்பிரவேசியுங்கள்; கேட்டுக்குப் போகிற வாசல் விரிவும், வழி விசாலமுமாயிருக்கிறது; அதின் வழியாய்ப் பிரவேசிக்கிறவர்கள் அநேகர். Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 ஜீவனுக்குப் போகிற வாசல் இடுக்கமும், வழி நெருக்கமுமாயிருக்கிறது; அதைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கிறவர்கள் சிலர். Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15 கள்ளத்தீர்க்கதரிசிகளுக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிருங்கள்; அவர்கள் ஆட்டுத்தோலைப் போர்த்துக்கொண்டு உங்களிடத்தில் வருவார்கள்; உள்ளத்திலோ அவர்கள் பட்சிக்கிற ஓநாய்கள். Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 அவர்களுடைய கனிகளினாலே அவர்களை அறிவீர்கள்; முட்செடிகளில் திராட்சப்பழங்களையும், முட்பூண்டுகளில் அத்திப்பழங்களையும் பறிக்கிறார்களா? Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 அப்படியே நல்ல மரமெல்லாம் நல்ல கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கும்; கெட்ட மரமோ கெட்ட கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கும். Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 நல்ல மரம் கெட்ட கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கமாட்டாது; கெட்ட மரம் நல்ல கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கமாட்டாது. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 நல்ல கனி கொடாத மரமெல்லாம் வெட்டுண்டு அக்கினியிலே போடப்படும். Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 ஆதலால், அவர்களுடைய கனிகளினாலே அவர்களை அறிவீர்கள். Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 பரலோகத்திலிருக்கிற என் பிதாவின் சித்தத்தின்படி செய்கிறவனே பரலோகராஜ்யத்தில் பிரவேசிப்பானேயல்லாமல், என்னை நோக்கிக் கர்த்தாவே! கர்த்தாவே! என்று சொல்லுகிறவன் அதில் பிரவேசிப்பதில்லை. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 அந்நாளில் அநேகர் என்னை நோக்கி: கர்த்தாவே! கர்த்தாவே! உமது நாமத்தினாலே தீர்க்கதரிசனம் உரைத்தோம் அல்லவா? உமது நாமத்தினாலே பிசாசுகளைத் துரத்தினோம் அல்லவா? என்பார்கள். Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 அப்பொழுது, நான் ஒருக்காலும் உங்களை அறியவில்லை. அக்கிரமச் செய்கைக்காரரே, என்னைவிட்டு அகன்று போங்கள் என்று அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லுவேன். And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 ஆகையால், நான் சொல்லிய இந்த வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு, இவைகளின்படி செய்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவனைக் கன்மலையின்மேல் தன் வீட்டைக் கட்டின புத்தியுள்ள மனுஷனுக்கு ஒப்பிடுவேன். Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 பெருமழை சொரிந்து, பெருவெள்ளம் வந்து, காற்று அடித்து, அந்த வீட்டின்மேல் மோதியும் அது விழவில்லை; ஏனென்றால் அது கன்மலையின்மேல் அஸ்திபாரம் போடப்பட்டிருந்தது. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26 நான் சொல்லிய இந்த வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டு, இவைகளின்படி செய்யாதிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் தன் வீட்டை மணலின்மேல் கட்டின புத்தியில்லாத மனுஷனுக்கு ஒப்பிடப்படுவான். And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27 பெருமழை சொரிந்து, பெருவெள்ளம் வந்து, காற்று அடித்து, அந்த வீட்டின்மேல் மோதினபோது அது விழுந்தது; விழுந்து முழுவதும் அழிந்தது என்றார். And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

28 இயேசு இந்த வார்த்தைகளைச் சொல்லி முடித்தபோது, அவர் வேதபாரகரைப்போல் போதியாமல், அதிகாரமுடையவராய் அவர்களுக்குப் போதித்தபடியால், And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

29 ஜனங்கள் அவருடைய போதகத்தைக்குறித்து ஆச்சரியப்பட்டார்கள். For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

1 Neengal kuttavaalikalentu theerkkappadaathapatikku mattavarkalaik kuttavaalikalentu theerkkaathirungal. Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 Aenenil, neengal mattavarkalaith theerkkira theerppinpatiyae neengalum theerkkappaduveerkal; neengal mattavarkalukku alakkira alavinpatiyae ungalukkum alakkappadum. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 Nee un kannnnilirukkira uththiraththai unaraamal, un sakotharan kannnnilirukkira thurumpaip paarkkirathenna? And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Itho un kannnnil uththiram irukkaiyil un sakotharanai Nnokki naan un kannnnilirukkira thurumpai eduththuppodattum entu nee solvatheppati? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Maayakkaaranae! Munpu un kannnnilirukkira uththiraththai eduththuppodu; pinpu un sakotharan kannnnilirukkira thurumpai eduththuppoda vakaipaarppaay. Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

6 Parisuththamaanathai naaykalukkuk kodaathaeyungal; ungal muththukalaip pantikalmun podaathaeyungal; pottal thangal kaalkalaal avaikalai mithiththu, thirumpikkonndu ungalaip peerippodum. Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

7 Kaelungal, appoluthu ungalukkuk Εொdukkappadum; thaedungal, appoluthu kanndataiveerkal; thattungal appoluthu ungalukkuth thirakkappadum. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 Aenental, kaetkira evanum pettaுkkollukiraan; thaedukiravan kanndataikiraan; thattukiravanukkuth thirakkappadum. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 Ungalil entha manushanaanaalum thannidaththil appaththaikkaetkira than makanukkuk kallaik koduppaanaa? Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Meenaikkaettal avanukkup paampaikkoduppaanaa? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 Aakaiyaal, pollaathavarkalaakiya neengal ungal pillaikalukku nalla eevukalaik kodukka arinthirukkumpothu, paralokaththilirukkira ungal pithaa thammidaththil vaenntikkollukiravarkalukku nanmaiyaanavaikalaik koduppathu athika nichchayam allavaa? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12 Aathalaal, manushar ungalukku evaikalaichcheyya virumpukireerkalo, avaikalai neengalum avarkalukkuch seyyungal; ithuvae niyaayappiramaanamum theerkkatharisanangalumaam. Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

13 Idukkamaana vaasal valiyaay utpiravaesiyungal; kaettukkup pokira vaasal virivum, vali visaalamumaayirukkirathu; athin valiyaayp piravaesikkiravarkal anaekar. Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Jeevanukkup pokira vaasal idukkamum, vali nerukkamumaayirukkirathu; athaik kanndupitikkiravarkal silar. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15 Kallaththeerkkatharisikalukku echcharikkaiyaayirungal; avarkal aattuththolaip porththukkonndu ungalidaththil varuvaarkal; ullaththilo avarkal patchikkira onaaykal. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Avarkalutaiya kanikalinaalae avarkalai ariveerkal; mutchedikalil thiraatchappalangalaiyum, mutpoonndukalil aththippalangalaiyum parikkiraarkalaa? Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Appatiyae nalla maramellaam nalla kanikalaik kodukkum; ketta maramo ketta kanikalaik kodukkum. Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 Nalla maram ketta kanikalaik kodukkamaattathu; ketta maram nalla kanikalaik kodukkamaattathu. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Nalla kani kodaatha maramellaam vettunndu akkiniyilae podappadum. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Aathalaal, avarkalutaiya kanikalinaalae avarkalai ariveerkal. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Paralokaththilirukkira en pithaavin siththaththinpati seykiravanae paralokaraajyaththil piravaesippaanaeyallaamal, ennai Nnokkik karththaavae! Karththaavae! Entu sollukiravan athil piravaesippathillai. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Annaalil anaekar ennai Nnokki: karththaavae! Karththaavae! Umathu naamaththinaalae theerkkatharisanam uraiththom allavaa? Umathu naamaththinaalae pisaasukalaith thuraththinom allavaa? Enpaarkal. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 Appoluthu, naan orukkaalum ungalai ariyavillai. Akkiramach seykaikkaararae, ennaivittu akantu pongal entu avarkalukkuch solluvaen. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 Aakaiyaal, naan solliya intha vaarththaikalaik kaettu, ivaikalinpati seykiravan evano, avanaik kanmalaiyinmael than veettaைk kattina puththiyulla manushanukku oppiduvaen. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 Perumalai sorinthu, peruvellam vanthu, kaattaு atiththu, antha veettinmael mothiyum athu vilavillai; aenental athu kanmalaiyinmael asthipaaram podappattirunthathu. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26 Naan solliya intha vaarththaikalaik kaettu, ivaikalinpati seyyaathirukkiravan evano, avan than veettaை manalinmael kattina puththiyillaatha manushanukku oppidappaduvaan. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27 Perumalai sorinthu, peruvellam vanthu, kaattaு atiththu, antha veettinmael mothinapothu athu vilunthathu; vilunthu muluvathum alinthathu entar. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

28 Yesu intha vaarththaikalaich solli mutiththapothu, avar vaethapaarakaraippol pothiyaamal, athikaaramutaiyavaraay avarkalukkup pothiththapatiyaal, And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

29 Janangal avarutaiya pothakaththaikkuriththu aachchariyappattarkal. For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
