ஆபிராமும் நாகோரும் தங்களுக்குப் பெண்கொண்டார்கள்; ஆபிராமுடைய மனைவிக்குச் சாராய் என்று பேர்; நாகோருடைய மனைவிக்கு மில்க்காள் என்று பேர்; இவள் ஆரானுடைய குமாரத்தி; அந்த ஆரான் மில்க்காளுக்கும் இஸ்காளுக்கும் தகப்பன்.

பின்னும் தேவன் ஆபிரகாமை நோக்கி: உன் மனைவி சாராயை இனி சாராய் என்று அழையாதிருப்பாயாக; சாராள் என்பது அவளுக்குப் பேராயிருக்கும்.
