மனுபுத்திரனே, இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்தின் பாழான இடங்களிலுள்ள குடிகள்: ஆபிரகாம் ஒருவனாயிருந்து, தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொண்டான்; நாங்கள் அநேகராயிருக்கிறோம், எங்களுக்கு இந்த தேசம் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது என்று சொல்லுகிறார்கள்.

மனிதகுமாரனே, இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்தின் பாழான இடங்களிலுள்ள குடிகள்: ஆபிரகாம் ஒருவனாக இருந்து, தேசத்தைச் சொந்தமாக்கிக்கொண்டான்; நாங்கள் அநேகராக இருக்கிறோம், எங்களுக்கு இந்த தேசம் சொந்தமாக கொடுக்கப்பட்டது என்று சொல்லுகிறார்கள்.

“மனுபுத்திரனே, இஸ்ரவேலின் அழிந்த நகரங்களில் இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்கள் வாழ்கின்றனர். அந்த ஜனங்கள், ‘ஆபிரகாம் ஒருவனாயிருந்தான். தேவன் அவனிடம் இந்த நாடு முழுவதையும் கொடுத்தார். இப்பொழுது நாங்கள் பலராக இருக்கிறோம். எனவே உறுதியாக இந்நாடு எங்களுக்குச் சொந்தம்! இது எங்கள் நாடு!’ என்கிறார்கள்.

மானிடா! இஸ்ரயேல் நாட்டின் பாழிடம்வாழ் மக்கள், “ஆபிரகாம் தனியொரு மனிதராக இருந்தும் அவர் நாட்டை அவர்தம் உடைமையாகக் கொண்டிருந்தார். அப்படியிருக்க, நாம் பலராய் இருக்கும் போது, இந்த நாடு நமக்கே உரிமையாய்த் தரப்பட்டுள்ளதன்றோ?” என்று சொல்கிறார்கள்.⒫

they that inhabit יֹ֠שְׁבֵי yāšab ya-SHAHV
wastes הֶחֳרָב֨וֹת ḥorbâ hore-BA
those הָאֵ֜לֶּה ʾēlle ay-LEH
of עַל ʿal al
the land אַדְמַ֤ת ʾădāmâ uh-da-MA
of Israel יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ yiśrāʾēl yees-ra-ALE
speak, אֹמְרִ֣ים ʾāmar ah-MAHR
saying, לֵאמֹ֔ר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
one, אֶחָד֙ ʾeḥād eh-HAHD
was הָיָ֣ה hāyâ ha-YA
Abraham אַבְרָהָ֔ם ʾabrāhām av-ra-HAHM
