He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.

He that giveth	נוֹתֵ֣ן	nātan	na-TAHN
unto the poor	לָ֭רָשׁ	rûš	roosh
shall not	אֵ֣ין	ʾayin	ah-YEEN
lack:	מַחְס֑וֹר	maḥsôr	mahk-SORE
but he that hideth	וּמַעְלִ֥ים	ʿālam	ah-LAHM
his eyes	עֵ֝ינָ֗יו	ʿayin	ah-YEEN
shall have many	רַב	rab	rahv
a curse.	מְאֵרֽוֹת׃	mĕʾērâ	meh-ay-RA
