ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ତିନି ଦିନ ମଧିଅରେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ନ ଆସିବ, ତବେେ ତାର ସମସ୍ତ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ହରଣ କରାୟିବ। ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅଧିପତିମାନେ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନବର୍ଗମାନେ ନଇେଥିଲେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ବର ସମାଜରୁ ପୃଥକ କରାୟିବ।
