וַיָּקָם֩ after va-ya-KAHM אַֽחֲרֵ֨י Abimelech ah-huh-RAY אֲבִימֶ֜לֶךְ there uh-vee-MEH-lek לְהוֹשִׁ֣יעַ arose leh-hoh-SHEE-ah אֶת to et יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל defend yees-ra-ALE תּוֹלָ֧ע toh-LA בֶּן Israel ben פּוּאָ֛ה Tola poo-AH בֶּן the ben דּוֹד֖וֹ son doh-DOH אִ֣ישׁ of eesh יִשָּׂשכָ֑ר Puah, yee-soh-HAHR וְהֽוּא the veh-HOO יֹשֵׁ֥ב son yoh-SHAVE בְּשָׁמִ֖יר of beh-sha-MEER בְּהַ֥ר Dodo, beh-HAHR אֶפְרָֽיִם׃ a ef-RA-yeem -
וַיִּשְׁפֹּט֙ he va-yeesh-POTE אֶת judged et יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל yees-ra-ALE עֶשְׂרִ֥ים Israel es-REEM וְשָׁלֹ֖שׁ twenty veh-sha-LOHSH שָׁנָ֑ה and sha-NA וַיָּ֖מָת three va-YA-mote וַיִּקָּבֵ֥ר years, va-yee-ka-VARE בְּשָׁמִֽיר׃ and beh-sha-MEER -
וַיָּ֣קָם after va-YA-kome אַֽחֲרָ֔יו him ah-huh-RAV יָאִ֖יר arose ya-EER הַגִּלְעָדִ֑י Jair, ha-ɡeel-ah-DEE וַיִּשְׁפֹּט֙ a va-yeesh-POTE אֶת Gileadite, et יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל and yees-ra-ALE עֶשְׂרִ֥ים judged es-REEM וּשְׁתַּ֖יִם oo-sheh-TA-yeem שָׁנָֽה׃ Israel sha-NA -
וַֽיְהִי he VA-hee ל֞וֹ had loh שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים thirty sheh-loh-SHEEM בָּנִ֗ים sons ba-NEEM רֹֽכְבִים֙ that roh-heh-VEEM עַל rode al שְׁלֹשִׁ֣ים on sheh-loh-SHEEM עֲיָרִ֔ים thirty uh-ya-REEM וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים ass oo-sheh-loh-SHEEM עֲיָרִ֖ים colts, uh-ya-REEM לָהֶ֑ם and la-HEM לָהֶ֞ם they la-HEM יִקְרְא֣וּ׀ had yeek-reh-OO חַוֹּ֣ת thirty ha-WOTE יָאִ֗יר cities, ya-EER עַ֚ד which ad הַיּ֣וֹם are HA-yome הַזֶּ֔ה called ha-ZEH אֲשֶׁ֖ר Havoth-jair uh-SHER בְּאֶ֥רֶץ unto beh-EH-rets הַגִּלְעָֽד׃ this ha-ɡeel-AD -
וַיָּ֣מָת Jair va-YA-mote יָאִ֔יר died, ya-EER וַיִּקָּבֵ֖ר and va-yee-ka-VARE בְּקָמֽוֹן׃ was beh-ka-MONE -
וַיֹּסִ֣יפוּ׀ the va-yoh-SEE-foo בְּנֵ֣י children beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל of yees-ra-ALE לַֽעֲשׂ֣וֹת Israel la-uh-SOTE הָרַע֮ did ha-RA בְּעֵינֵ֣י evil beh-ay-NAY יְהוָה֒ again yeh-VA וַיַּֽעַבְד֣וּ in va-ya-av-DOO אֶת the et הַבְּעָלִ֣ים sight ha-beh-ah-LEEM וְאֶת of veh-ET הָֽעַשְׁתָּר֡וֹת the ha-ash-ta-ROTE וְאֶת Lord, veh-ET אֱלֹהֵ֣י and ay-loh-HAY אֲרָם֩ served uh-RAHM וְאֶת veh-ET אֱלֹהֵ֨י Baalim, ay-loh-HAY צִיד֜וֹן and tsee-DONE וְאֵ֣ת׀ Ashtaroth, veh-ATE אֱלֹהֵ֣י and ay-loh-HAY מוֹאָ֗ב the moh-AV וְאֵת֙ gods veh-ATE אֱלֹהֵ֣י of ay-loh-HAY בְנֵֽי Syria, veh-NAY עַמּ֔וֹן and AH-mone וְאֵ֖ת the veh-ATE אֱלֹהֵ֣י gods ay-loh-HAY פְלִשְׁתִּ֑ים of feh-leesh-TEEM וַיַּֽעַזְב֥וּ Zidon, va-ya-az-VOO אֶת and et יְהוָ֖ה the yeh-VA וְלֹ֥א gods veh-LOH עֲבָדֽוּהוּ׃ of uh-va-DOO-hoo -
וַיִּֽחַר the va-YEE-hahr אַ֥ף anger af יְהוָ֖ה of yeh-VA בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל the beh-yees-ra-ALE וַֽיִּמְכְּרֵם֙ Lord va-yeem-keh-RAME בְּיַד was beh-YAHD פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים hot peh-leesh-TEEM וּבְיַ֖ד against oo-veh-YAHD בְּנֵ֥י Israel, beh-NAY עַמּֽוֹן׃ and ah-mone -
וַֽיִּרְעֲצ֤וּ that va-yeer-uh-TSOO וַיְרֹֽצְצוּ֙ year vai-roh-tseh-TSOO אֶת they et בְּנֵ֣י vexed beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל and yees-ra-ALE בַּשָּׁנָ֖ה oppressed ba-sha-NA הַהִ֑יא ha-HEE שְׁמֹנֶ֨ה the sheh-moh-NEH עֶשְׂרֵ֜ה children es-RAY שָׁנָ֗ה of sha-NA אֶֽת Israel: et כָּל eighteen kahl בְּנֵ֤י beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ years, yees-ra-ALE אֲשֶׁר֙ uh-SHER בְּעֵ֣בֶר all beh-A-ver הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן the ha-yahr-DANE בְּאֶ֥רֶץ children beh-EH-rets הָֽאֱמֹרִ֖י of ha-ay-moh-REE אֲשֶׁ֥ר Israel uh-SHER בַּגִּלְעָֽד׃ that ba-ɡeel-AD -
וַיַּֽעַבְר֤וּ the va-ya-av-ROO בְנֵֽי children veh-NAY עַמּוֹן֙ of ah-MONE אֶת Ammon et הַיַּרְדֵּ֔ן passed ha-yahr-DANE לְהִלָּחֵ֛ם over leh-hee-la-HAME גַּם ɡahm בִּֽיהוּדָ֥ה Jordan bee-hoo-DA וּבְבִנְיָמִ֖ין to oo-veh-veen-ya-MEEN וּבְבֵ֣ית fight oo-veh-VATE אֶפְרָ֑יִם also ef-RA-yeem וַתֵּ֥צֶר against va-TAY-tser לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל Judah, leh-yees-ra-ALE מְאֹֽד׃ and meh-ODE -
וַֽיִּזְעֲקוּ֙ the va-yeez-uh-KOO בְּנֵ֣י children beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל of yees-ra-ALE אֶל Israel el יְהוָ֖ה cried yeh-VA לֵאמֹ֑ר unto lay-MORE חָטָ֣אנוּ the ha-TA-noo לָ֔ךְ Lord, lahk וְכִ֤י saying, veh-HEE עָזַ֙בְנוּ֙ We ah-ZAHV-NOO אֶת have et אֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ sinned ay-loh-HAY-noo וַֽנַּעֲבֹ֖ד against va-na-uh-VODE אֶת thee, et הַבְּעָלִֽים׃ both ha-beh-ah-LEEM -
וַ֥יֹּאמֶר the VA-yoh-mer יְהוָ֖ה Lord yeh-VA אֶל said el בְּנֵ֣י unto beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל the yees-ra-ALE הֲלֹ֤א children huh-LOH מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙ of mee-meets-RA-YEEM וּמִן Israel, oo-MEEN הָ֣אֱמֹרִ֔י Did HA-ay-moh-REE וּמִן not oo-MEEN בְּנֵ֥י I beh-NAY עַמּ֖וֹן deliver AH-mone וּמִן you oo-MEEN פְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃ from peh-leesh-TEEM -
וְצִֽידוֹנִ֤ים Zidonians veh-tsee-doh-NEEM וַֽעֲמָלֵק֙ also, va-uh-ma-LAKE וּמָע֔וֹן and oo-ma-ONE לָֽחֲצ֖וּ the la-huh-TSOO אֶתְכֶ֑ם Amalekites, et-HEM וַתִּצְעֲק֣וּ and va-teets-uh-KOO אֵלַ֔י the ay-LAI וָֽאוֹשִׁ֥יעָה Maonites, va-oh-SHEE-ah אֶתְכֶ֖ם did et-HEM מִיָּדָֽם׃ oppress mee-ya-DAHM -
וְאַתֶּם֙ ye veh-ah-TEM עֲזַבְתֶּ֣ם have uh-zahv-TEM אוֹתִ֔י forsaken oh-TEE וַתַּֽעַבְד֖וּ me, va-ta-av-DOO אֱלֹהִ֣ים and ay-loh-HEEM אֲחֵרִ֑ים served uh-hay-REEM לָכֵ֥ן other la-HANE לֹֽא gods: loh אוֹסִ֖יף wherefore oh-SEEF לְהוֹשִׁ֥יעַ I leh-hoh-SHEE-ah אֶתְכֶֽם׃ will et-HEM -
לְכ֗וּ and leh-HOO וְזַֽעֲקוּ֙ cry veh-za-uh-KOO אֶל unto el הָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔ים the HA-ay-loh-HEEM אֲשֶׁ֥ר gods uh-SHER בְּחַרְתֶּ֖ם which beh-hahr-TEM בָּ֑ם ye bahm הֵ֛מָּה have HAY-ma יוֹשִׁ֥יעוּ chosen; yoh-SHEE-oo לָכֶ֖ם let la-HEM בְּעֵ֥ת them beh-ATE צָֽרַתְכֶֽם׃ deliver TSA-raht-HEM -
וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ the va-yoh-meh-ROO בְנֵֽי children veh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל of yees-ra-ALE אֶל Israel el יְהוָה֙ said yeh-VA חָטָ֔אנוּ unto ha-TA-noo עֲשֵׂה the uh-SAY אַתָּ֣ה Lord, ah-TA לָ֔נוּ We LA-noo כְּכָל have keh-HAHL הַטּ֖וֹב sinned: HA-tove בְּעֵינֶ֑יךָ do beh-ay-NAY-ha אַ֛ךְ thou ak הַצִּילֵ֥נוּ unto ha-tsee-LAY-noo נָ֖א us na הַיּ֥וֹם whatsoever HA-yome הַזֶּֽה׃ seemeth ha-ZEH -
וַיָּסִ֜ירוּ they va-ya-SEE-roo אֶת put et אֱלֹהֵ֤י away ay-loh-HAY הַנֵּכָר֙ ha-nay-HAHR מִקִּרְבָּ֔ם the mee-keer-BAHM וַיַּֽעַבְד֖וּ strange va-ya-av-DOO אֶת gods et יְהוָ֑ה from yeh-VA וַתִּקְצַ֥ר among va-teek-TSAHR נַפְשׁ֖וֹ them, nahf-SHOH בַּֽעֲמַ֥ל and ba-uh-MAHL יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ served yees-ra-ALE -
וַיִּצָּֽעֲקוּ֙ the va-yee-tsa-uh-KOO בְּנֵ֣י children beh-NAY עַמּ֔וֹן of AH-mone וַֽיַּחֲנ֖וּ Ammon va-ya-huh-NOO בַּגִּלְעָ֑ד were ba-ɡeel-AD וַיֵּאָֽסְפוּ֙ gathered va-yay-ah-seh-FOO בְּנֵ֣י together, beh-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל and yees-ra-ALE וַֽיַּחֲנ֖וּ encamped va-ya-huh-NOO בַּמִּצְפָּֽה׃ in ba-meets-PA -
וַיֹּֽאמְר֨וּ the va-yoh-meh-ROO הָעָ֜ם people ha-AM שָׂרֵ֤י and sa-RAY גִלְעָד֙ princes ɡeel-AD אִ֣ישׁ of eesh אֶל Gilead el רֵעֵ֔הוּ said ray-A-hoo מִ֣י one mee הָאִ֔ישׁ to ha-EESH אֲשֶׁ֣ר another, uh-SHER יָחֵ֔ל What ya-HALE לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם man leh-hee-la-HAME בִּבְנֵ֣י is beev-NAY עַמּ֑וֹן he AH-mone יִֽהְיֶ֣ה that yee-heh-YEH לְרֹ֔אשׁ will leh-ROHSH לְכֹ֖ל begin leh-HOLE יֹֽשְׁבֵ֥י to yoh-sheh-VAY גִלְעָֽד׃ fight ɡeel-AD
