Hebrews 7:2 ఎవడు కలిసికొని అతనిని ఆశీర్వదించెనో, యెవనికి అబ్రాహాము అన్నిటిలో పదియవవంతు ఇచ్చెనో, ఆ షాలేమురాజును మహోన్నతుడగు దేవుని యాజకుడునైన మెల్కీసెదెకు నిరంతరము యాజకుడుగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని పేరుకు మొదట నీతికి రాజనియు, తరువాత సమాధానపు రాజనియు అర్థ మిచ్చునట్టి షాలేము రాజని అర్థము.
