וַיִּכְרְת֨וּ down va-yeek-reh-TOO גַם cut ɡahm כָּל likewise kahl הָעָ֜ם all ha-AM אִ֣ישׁ And eesh שׂוֹכֹ֗ה people soh-HOH וַיֵּ֨לְכ֜וּ the va-YAY-leh-HOO אַֽחֲרֵ֤י every ah-huh-RAY אֲבִימֶ֙לֶךְ֙ man uh-vee-MEH-lek וַיָּשִׂ֣ימוּ his va-ya-SEE-moo עַֽל bough, al הַצְּרִ֔יחַ followed ha-tseh-REE-ak וַיַּצִּ֧יתוּ and va-ya-TSEE-too עֲלֵיהֶ֛ם uh-lay-HEM אֶֽת Abimelech, et הַצְּרִ֖יחַ and ha-tseh-REE-ak בָּאֵ֑שׁ put ba-AYSH וַיָּמֻ֜תוּ to va-ya-MOO-too גַּ֣ם hold, ɡahm כָּל the kahl אַנְשֵׁ֧י and an-SHAY מִֽגְדַּל set MEE-ɡeh-dahl שְׁכֶ֛ם upon sheh-HEM כְּאֶ֖לֶף keh-EH-lef אִ֥ישׁ hold eesh וְאִשָּֽׁה׃ the veh-ee-SHA
