1 అప్పుడు షూహీయుడైన బిల్దదు ఈలాగున ప్రత్యు త్తరమిచ్చెను

2 అధికారమును భీకరత్వమును ఆయనకు తోడైయున్నవిఆయన తన ఉన్నతస్థలములలో సమాధానము కలుగ జేయును.

3 ఆయన సేనలను లెక్కింప శక్యమా?ఆయన వెలుగు ఎవరిమీదనైనను ఉదయింపకుండునా?

4 నరుడు దేవుని దృష్టికి నీతిమంతుడు ఎట్లు కాగలడు?స్త్రీకి పుట్టినవాడు ఆయన దృష్టికి ఎట్లు శుద్ధుడుకాగలడు?

5 ఆయన దృష్టికి చంద్రుడు కాంతిగలవాడు కాడునక్షత్రములు పవిత్రమైనవి కావు.

6 మరి నిశ్చయముగా పురుగువంటి మనుష్యుడు పురుగు వంటి నరుడు ఆయన దృష్టికి పవిత్రుడు కానేరడు గదా.

1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.

3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?

4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.

6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
