And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.

to be comforted; לְהִתְנַחֵ֔ם nāḥam na-HAHM
and he said, וַיֹּ֕אמֶר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
For כִּֽי kee
I will go down אֵרֵ֧ד yārad ya-RAHD
unto אֶל ʾēl ale
my son בְּנִ֛י bēn bane
mourning. אָבֵ֖ל ʾābēl ah-VALE
into the grave שְׁאֹ֑לָה šĕʾôl sheh-OLE
wept for him. וַיֵּ֥בְךְּ bākâ ba-HA
