சங்கீதம் 35:10
சிறுமைப்பட்டவனை அவனிலும் பலவானுடைய கைக்கும், சிறுமையும் எளிமையுமானவனைக் கொள்ளையிடுகிறவனுடைய கைக்கும் தப்புவிக்கிற உமக்கொப்பானவர் யார் கர்த்தாவே, என்று என் எலும்புகளெல்லாம் சொல்லும்.

ஒடுக்கப்பட்டவனை, அவனிலும் பலவானுடைய கைக்கும், ஏழையும் எளிமையுமானவனைக் கொள்ளையிடுகிறவனுடைய கைக்கும் தப்புவிக்கிற உமக்கு ஒப்பானவர் யார் கர்த்தாவே, என்று என்னுடைய எலும்புகளெல்லாம் சொல்லும்.

“கர்த்தாவே, உம்மைப் போன்றோர் யாருமில்லை. கர்த்தாவே, பலமான ஜனங்களிடமிருந்து நீர் ஏழையைக் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர். ஏழையினும் கீழ்ப்பட்ட ஏழைகளின் பொருள்களைக் கவரும் கயவர்களிடமிருந்து அவர்களைக் காப்பாற்றுகிறீர்” என்று என் முழு மனதோடும் கூறுவேன்.

my bones עַצְמוֹתַ֨י׀ ʿeṣem eh-TSEM
shall say, תֹּאמַרְנָה֮ ʾāmar ah-MAHR
Lord, יְהוָ֗ה yĕhōwâ yeh-hoh-VA
who מִ֥י mî mee
like unto thee, כָ֫מ֥וֹךָ kĕmô keh-MOH
which deliverest מַצִּ֣יל nāṣal na-TSAHL
the poor עָ֭נִי ʿānî ah-NEE
from him that is too strong מֵחָזָ֣ק ḥāzāq ha-ZAHK
for מִמֶּ֑נּוּ min meen
him, yea, the poor וְעָנִ֥י ʿānî ah-NEE
and the needy וְ֝אֶבְי֗וֹן ʾebyôn ev-YONE
from him that spoileth him? מִגֹּזְלֽוֹ׃ gāzal ɡa-ZAHL
