பட்டயக்குத்துகள்போல் பேசுகிறவர்களும் உண்டு; ஞானமுள்ளவர்களுடைய நாவோ ஔஷதம்.

ஒருவன் சிந்திக்காமல் பேசினால் அவ்வார்த்தைகள் வாளைப்போன்று மற்றவர்களை துன்புறுத்தும். ஆனால் ஞானமுள்ளவனோ தான் சொல்பவற்றில் எச்சரிக்கையாக இருப்பான். அவனது வார்த்தைகள் புண்ணைக் குணப்படுத்தும்.

that speaketh בּ֭וֹטֶה bāṭāʾ ba-TA
like the piercings כְּמַדְקְר֣וֹת madqārâ mahd-ka-RA
of a sword: חָ֑רֶב ḥereb heh-REV
but the tongue וּלְשׁ֖וֹן lāšôn la-SHONE
of the wise חֲכָמִ֣ים ḥākām ha-HAHM
health. מַרְפֵּֽא׃ marpēʾ mahr-PAY
