2 தீமோத்தேயு 3:7
யந்நேயும் யம்பிரேயும் மோசேக்கு எதிர்த்து நின்றதுபோல இவர்களும் சத்தியத்துக்கு எதிர்த்து நிற்கிறார்கள்; இவர்கள் துர்ப்புத்தியுள்ள மனுஷர்கள், விசுவாசவிஷயத்தில் பரீட்சைக்கு நில்லாதவர்கள்.

எப்போதும் கற்றாலும் ஒருபோதும் சத்தியத்தை அறிந்து உணராதவர்களாக இருக்கிற பெண்களுடைய வீடுகளில் இப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் நுழைந்து, அவர்களை வசப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளுகிறார்கள்.
