ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਗੁਣੇ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਉਤਰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵਲੋਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
