Romans 14:13-22 in Punjabi

13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of:

17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.

19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.

13 ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਉ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਪਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਭੈਣਾਂ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਵੱਧਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕੇ।

14 ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਿਸੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੋ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਗਲਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ।

15 ਜੇਕਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਭੋਜਨ ਕਾਰਣ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸਦਾ ਭਾਵ ਤੂੰ ਅਜੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਲਦਾ। ਆਪਣੇ ਭਰਾ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਕੇ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਹ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਗਲਤ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦੀ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

16 ਜਿਸ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹੋ ਦੂਸਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਆਖਣ ਦਾ ਅਵਸਰ ਨਾ ਦਿਉ।
Let not then your good be evil spoken of:

17 ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਣਾ-ਪੀਣਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਯੋਗ ਹਨ। ਧਰਮੀ ਜੀਵਨ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨੰਦ।
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

18 ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵੀ ਕਬੂਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.

19 ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਖਤ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਿਆਉਣ।
Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

20 ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਣ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਨਾ ਦਿਉ। ਸਭ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਚੰਗੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਭੋਜਨ ਖਾਣ ਲਈ ਗਲਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੂਜੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਗਣ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਬਣੇ।
For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

21 ਇਸਤੋਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਸ ਨਾ ਖਾਧਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਮੈਅ ਨਾ ਪੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਭੈਣ ਜਾਂ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਗਣ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਣ ਬਣੇ।

22 ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹਤਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਪਤ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਧੰਨ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜੋ ਉਹੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਹ, ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾ, ਸਹੀ ਸੋਚਕੇ ਕਰਦਾ।
Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
