ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਗਈ। ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
