    מִפְּנֵ֣י
    shall
    mee-peh-NAY
    הָרַ֔עַשׁ
    the
    ha-RA-ash
    בִּימֵ֖י
    valley
    bee-MAY
    עֻזִּיָּ֣ה
    mountains
    oo-zee-YA
    מֶֽלֶךְ
    of
    MEH-lek
    יְהוּדָ֑ה
    the
    yeh-hoo-DA
    וּבָא֙

    יְהוָ֣ה
    Azal:

    אֱלֹהַ֔י

    קְדֹשִׁ֖ים
