କାରଣ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଜ୍ଞାନ, ବିଦ୍ଯା ଓ ଦକ୍ଷତା ସହିତ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରେ, ତଥାପି ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରି ନାହିଁ, ତାହାର ଅଧିକାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେ ତାହା ଛାଡ଼ି ୟିବ। ଏ ମଧ୍ଯ ଅସାର ଏବଂ ପବନକୁ ଧରିବା ପରି।
