ଏହିସବୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ପର୍ବ, ଯାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭାପରି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥାଅ, ସହେିଥି ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ପର୍ବର ନିରୂପିତ ଦିନ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ, ହାମବେଳି, ଶସ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ, ବଳିଦାନ ଓ ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପବିତ୍ର ସଭା ରେ ଘାଷେଣା କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍
