ଖଡ୍ଗରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ଅଳ୍ପ କେତକେ ଲୋକ ମିଶରରୁ ଯିହୁଦାକୁ ଫରେିଯିବେ। ତହିଁରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପ୍ରବାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମିଶର ଦେଶକୁ ୟାଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ଯିହୁଦାର ସହେି ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ଲୋକେ, ସମାନେେ ଜାଣିବେ ତାହାର ବାକ୍ଯ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଯୋଗ୍ଯ, ମାରେି ନା ସବୋନଙ୍କର।

ଯିହୁଦାର ଯେଉଁ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକେ ଯିହୁଦା ଦେଶକୁ ଫରେିୟାଇ ସଠାେ ରେ ବାସ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛାକରି ମିଶର ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବାସ କରିବାକୁ ଆସିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହେି ଉଦ୍ଧାର କିଅବା ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବେ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ପଳାତକ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିନା ଆଉ କହେି ଫରେିଯିବେ ନାହିଁ।

ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିଥିଲ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆକାଶ ରାଣୀ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଧୂପ ଜଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ପଯେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଢ଼ାଳିବା ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ଶପଥ କରିଅଛୁ ତାହା ଅବଶ୍ଯ ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିବୁ। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆଗଇେ ଚାଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶପଥ ଦୃଢ଼ କର ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶପଥ ସିଦ୍ଧ କର।

Isaiah 46:10
ଶଷେ ରେ କ'ଣ ଘଟିବ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆଦ୍ଯରୁ କହିଥାଉଁ। ପୁଣି ଯାହା ଘଟି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ କାଳରୁ ଜଣାଇଥାଉ ଓ କହୁ। ଆମ୍ଭର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ସାଧିତ ହବେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜର ସକଳ ମନୋରଥ ସିଦ୍ଧ କରିବୁ।

ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ ଓ ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରମାଣ ସ୍ବରୂପ ହବେ।' 'ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅମଙ୍ଗଳ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ଯେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ଅଟଳ ହବେ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣିବ।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯେଉଁ କଥା କହିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ସହେି କଥା ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶୁଣିବୁ ନାହିଁ।

ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କୁହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ମୁଁ ସିୟୋନ ରେ ଏକ ଭିତ୍ତିମୂଳ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ସ୍ଥାପନ କରୁଛି, ଏହା ଏକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଓ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ଯବାନ କଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର। ଏହା ଉପ ରେ ସବୁକିଛି ଏହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପର୍ବତ ଉପ ରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହବେ। ଯେ କହେି ଏହି ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ଉପ ରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ରେଖ ସେ ହତାଶ ହବେ ନାହିଁ।

ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶପଥ କରି କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ଶପଥ କରୁଛି, ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଚାହିଁଥିଲି ତାହାହିଁ ଘଟିବ। ମୁଁ ଯେପରି ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରିଛି ସହେିପରି ମଧ୍ଯ ଘଟିବ।

Numbers 14:41
ତହିଁରେ ମାଶାେ କହିଲେ, ଏତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କି କାରଣରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଲଘଂନ କରୁଅଛ? ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏହ କର୍ମ ସଫଳ ହବେନାହିଁ।
