ତାଙ୍କ ସୃଷ୍ଟ ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ସୂକ୍ଷ୍ମ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେ ମୂଲ୍ଯହୀନ କରନ୍ତି।
