Isaiah 40:22
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପ୍ରକୃତ ପରମେଶ୍ବର। ସେ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳ ଉପ ରେ ଉପବିଷ୍ଟ। ତାଙ୍କ ତୁଳନା ରେ ପୃଥିବୀ ନିବାସୀ ପତଙ୍ଗ ସଦୃଶ। ସେ ଚାନ୍ଦୁଆ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ଆକାଶକୁ ପ୍ରସାର କରନ୍ତି ଓ ବସତି ପାଇଁ ତମ୍ବୁ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ତାକୁ ନିସ୍ତାର କରନ୍ତି।

| earth, the of | הָאָ֔רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| and the inhabitants | וְיֹשְׁבֶ֖יהָ | wĕyōšĕbêhā | veh-yoh-sheh-VAY-ha |
| thereof are as grasshoppers; | כַּחֲגָבִ֑ים | kaḥăgābîm | ka-huh-ɡa-VEEM |
| out stretcheth that | הַנּוֹטֶ֤ה | hannôṭe | ha-noh-TEH |
| the heavens | כַדֹּק֙ | kaddōq | ha-DOKE |
| as a curtain, | שָׁמַ֔יִם | šāmayim | sha-MA-yeem |
| out them spreadeth and | וַיִּמְתָּחֵ֥ם | wayyimtāḥēm | va-yeem-ta-HAME |
| as a tent | כָּאֹ֖הֶל | kāʾōhel | ka-OH-hel |
| to dwell in: | לָשָֽׁבֶת׃ | lāšābet | la-SHA-vet |
