ପ୍ରିୟ ବନ୍ଧୁଗଣ !ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ କୌଣସି ନୂତନ ଆଜ୍ଞା ବିଷୟ ରେ ଲେଖୁ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଏହା ସହେି ପୁରାତନ ଆଜ୍ଞା, ଯାହା ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପାଇଅଛ। ଯେଉଁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶୁଣିଅଛ, ତାହାହିଁ ସହେି ଆଜ୍ଞା।
