फेलिक्सले सैन्य अधिकारीलाई पावललाई सुरक्षामा राख्न भने। तर तिनले सैन्य अधिकारीलाई भने कि पावललाई केही स्वतन्त्र दिनु अनि उनको आश्यकता पुरा गर्न उनको साथीहरूलाई वाधा नदिनु।पावल फेलिक्स र उहाँको पत्नीसंग बोल्दछन्।

And he commanded a centurion to keep Paul, and to let him have liberty, and that he should forbid none of his acquaintance to minister or come unto him.

And he gave order to the centurion that he should be kept in charge, and should have indulgence; and not to forbid any of his friends to minister unto him.
