Psalm 119
65 യഹോവേ, തിരുവചനപ്രകാരം നീ അടിയന്നു നന്മ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
66 നിന്റെ കല്പനകളെ ഞാൻ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കയാൽ എനിക്കു നല്ല ബുദ്ധിയും പരിജ്ഞാനവും ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരേണമേ.
67 കഷ്ടതയിൽ ആകുന്നതിന്നു മുമ്പെ ഞാൻ തെറ്റിപ്പോയി; ഇപ്പോഴോ ഞാൻ നിന്റെ വചനത്തെ പ്രമാണിക്കുന്നു.
68 നീ നല്ലവനും നന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നവനും ആകുന്നു; നിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരേണമേ.
69 അഹങ്കാരികൾ എന്നെക്കൊണ്ടു നുണപറഞ്ഞുണ്ടാക്കി; ഞാനോ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടെ നിന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ അനുസരിക്കും.
70 അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം കൊഴുപ്പുപോലെ തടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാനോ നിന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ രസിക്കുന്നു.
71 നിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഞാൻ കഷ്ടതയിൽ ആയിരുന്നതു എനിക്കു ഗുണമായി.
72 ആയിരം ആയിരം പൊൻവെള്ളി നാണ്യത്തെക്കാൾ നിന്റെ വായിൽനിന്നുള്ള ന്യായപ്രമാണം എനിക്കുത്തമം.യോദ്. യോദ്

66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.
67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.
68 Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69 The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
70 Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.
71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.
72 The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O Lord, according unto thy word.

68 നീ നല്ലവനും നന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നവനും ആകുന്നു; നിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ എനിക്കു ഉപദേശിച്ചുതരേണമേ.
Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.
69 അഹങ്കാരികൾ എന്നെക്കൊണ്ടു നുണപറഞ്ഞുണ്ടാക്കി; ഞാനോ പൂർണ്ണഹൃദയത്തോടെ നിന്റെ പ്രമാണങ്ങളെ അനുസരിക്കും.
The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.
70 അവരുടെ ഹൃദയം കൊഴുപ്പുപോലെ തടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഞാനോ നിന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തിൽ രസിക്കുന്നു.

71 നിന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ പഠിപ്പാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ഞാൻ കഷ്ടതയിൽ ആയിരുന്നതു എനിക്കു ഗുണമായി.
