പട്ടണം മുഴുവനും കലഹം കൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞു, അവർ പൌലൊസിന്റെ കൂട്ടുയാത്രക്കാരായ ഗായൊസ് അരിസ്തർഹോസ് എന്ന മക്കെദോന്യരെ പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു രംഗസ്ഥലത്തേക്കു ഒരുമനപ്പെട്ടു പാഞ്ഞു ചെന്നു.
