Exodus 8
20 പിന്നെ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു കല്പിച്ചതു: നീ നാളെ നന്ന രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു ഫറവോന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നിൽക്ക; അവൻ വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരും. നീ അവനോടു പറയേണ്ടതു എന്തെന്നാൽ: യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്നെ ആരാധിപ്പാൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്ക.
21 നീ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കയില്ല എങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ നിന്റെമേലും നിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ മേലും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിൻ മേലും നിന്റെ ഗൃഹങ്ങളിലും നായീച്ചയെ അയക്കും. മിസ്രയീമ്യരുടെ വീടുകളും അവർ പാർക്കുന്ന ദേശവും നായീച്ചകൊണ്ടു നിറയും.
22 ഭൂമിയിൽ ഞാൻ തന്നേ യഹോവ എന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ ജനം പാർക്കുന്ന ഗോശെൻ ദേശത്തെ അന്നു ഞാൻ നായീച്ച വരാതെ വേർതിരിക്കും.
23 എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ ഞാൻ ഒരു വ്യത്യാസം വെക്കും; നാളെ ഈ അടയാളം ഉണ്ടാകും.
24 യഹോവ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു: അനവധി നായീച്ച ഫറവോന്റെ അരമനയിലും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ വീടുകളിലും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു എല്ലാടവും വന്നു; നായീച്ചയാൽ ദേശം നശിച്ചു.
25 അപ്പോൾ ഫറവോൻ മോശെയെയും അഹരോനെയും വിളിച്ചു: നിങ്ങൾ പോയി ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു തന്നേ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു യാഗം കഴിപ്പിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
26 അതിന്നു മോശെ: അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തുകൂടാ; മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവെക്കു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടിവരുമല്ലോ; മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു അവർ കാൺകെ ഞങ്ങൾ യാഗം കഴിച്ചാൽ അവർ ഞങ്ങളെ കല്ലെറികയില്ലയോ?
27 ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞങ്ങൾ മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ വഴി ദൂരം മരുഭൂമിയിൽ പോയി അവന്നു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
28 അപ്പോൾ ഫറവോൻ: നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവെക്കു മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടയക്കാം; അതിദൂരത്തു മാത്രം പോകരുതു; എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
29 അതിന്നു മോശെ: ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കും; നാളെ നായീച്ച ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വിട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോകും. എങ്കിലും യഹോവെക്കു യാഗം കഴിപ്പാൻ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ഫറവോൻ ഇനി ചതിവു ചെയ്യരുതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
30 അങ്ങനെ മോശെ ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.
31 യഹോവ മോശെയുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥനപ്രകാരം ചെയ്തു: നായീച്ച ഒന്നുപോലും ശേഷിക്കാതെ ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വീട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
20 And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
21 Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.
22 And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.
23 And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.
24 And the Lord did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.
25 And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.
26 And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the Lord our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
27 We will go three days’ journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to the Lord our God, as he shall command us.
28 And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the Lord your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: intreat for me.
29 And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will intreat the Lord that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the Lord.
30 And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and intreated the Lord.
31 And the Lord did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.

Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.
22 ഭൂമിയിൽ ഞാൻ തന്നേ യഹോവ എന്നു നീ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ ജനം പാർക്കുന്ന ഗോശെൻ ദേശത്തെ അന്നു ഞാൻ നായീച്ച വരാതെ വേർതിരിക്കും.
And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the Lord in the midst of the earth.
23 എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും നിന്റെ ജനത്തിന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ ഞാൻ ഒരു വ്യത്യാസം വെക്കും; നാളെ ഈ അടയാളം ഉണ്ടാകും.
And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.
24 യഹോവ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്തു: അനവധി നായീച്ച ഫറവോന്റെ അരമനയിലും അവന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുടെ വീടുകളിലും മിസ്രയീംദേശത്തു എല്ലാടവും വന്നു; നായീച്ചയാൽ ദേശം നശിച്ചു.
And the Lord did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants’ houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.
25 അപ്പോൾ ഫറവോൻ മോശെയെയും അഹരോനെയും വിളിച്ചു: നിങ്ങൾ പോയി ദേശത്തുവെച്ചു തന്നേ നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു യാഗം കഴിപ്പിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.
26 അതിന്നു മോശെ: അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തുകൂടാ; മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവെക്കു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടിവരുമല്ലോ; മിസ്രയീമ്യർക്കു അറെപ്പായുള്ളതു അവർ കാൺകെ ഞങ്ങൾ യാഗം കഴിച്ചാൽ അവർ ഞങ്ങളെ കല്ലെറികയില്ലയോ?
And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the Lord our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
27 ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ഞങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞങ്ങൾ മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ വഴി ദൂരം മരുഭൂമിയിൽ പോയി അവന്നു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
We will go three days’ journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to the Lord our God, as he shall command us.
28 അപ്പോൾ ഫറവോൻ: നിങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവെക്കു മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു യാഗം കഴിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നിങ്ങളെ വിട്ടയക്കാം; അതിദൂരത്തു മാത്രം പോകരുതു; എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രാർത്ഥിപ്പിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the Lord your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: intreat for me.
29 അതിന്നു മോശെ: ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കും; നാളെ നായീച്ച ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വിട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോകും. എങ്കിലും യഹോവെക്കു യാഗം കഴിപ്പാൻ ജനത്തെ വിട്ടയക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ ഫറവോൻ ഇനി ചതിവു ചെയ്യരുതു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will intreat the Lord that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the Lord.
30 അങ്ങനെ മോശെ ഫറവോന്റെ അടുക്കൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടു യഹോവയോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചു.
And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and intreated the Lord.
31 യഹോവ മോശെയുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥനപ്രകാരം ചെയ്തു: നായീച്ച ഒന്നുപോലും ശേഷിക്കാതെ ഫറവോനെയും ഭൃത്യന്മാരെയും ജനത്തെയും വീട്ടു നീങ്ങിപ്പോയി.
And the Lord did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.
