ಮೇಘಗಳೂ ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೂ ಆತನ ಸುತ್ತಲು ಅವೆ; ನೀತಿಯೂ ನ್ಯಾಯವೂ ಆತನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ.
