John 14
15 ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
16 ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಆಗ ಆತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬ ಆದರಿ ಕನನ್ನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವನು.
17 ಆತನು ಸತ್ಯದ ಆತ್ಮನೇ; ಲೋಕವು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡದೆಯೂ ತಿಳಿಯದೆಯೂ ಇರುವದ ರಿಂದ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲಿರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿರುವನು.
18 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆದರಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಬರುವೆನು.
19 ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೋಕವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಜೀವಿಸುವ ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಜೀವಿಸುವಿರಿ.
20 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನೀವು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವೆನೆಂದು ನೀವು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
21 ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವವನೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವನು. ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
22 ಯೂದನು (ಇಸ್ಕರಿಯೋತನಲ್ಲ)--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಮಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
23 ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಯಾವನಾ ದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾವು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆವು.
24 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸದವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು ನನ್ನದಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಾತೇ.
25 ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ;
26 ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನೆಂಬ ಆದರಿಕನೇ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರುವನು.
27 ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಲೋಕವು ಕೊಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳ ದಿರಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅಂಜದಿರಲಿ.
28 ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಗುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
29 ಅದು ನಡೆಯುವಾಗ ನೀವು ನಂಬುವಂತೆ ನಡೆಯು ವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆಯೇ ಈಗ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
30 ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇಹ ಲೋಕದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

15 ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 ನಾನು ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು; ಆಗ ಆತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬ ಆದರಿ ಕನನ್ನು ಸದಾಕಾಲವೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುವನು.
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 ಆತನು ಸತ್ಯದ ಆತ್ಮನೇ; ಲೋಕವು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡದೆಯೂ ತಿಳಿಯದೆಯೂ ಇರುವದ ರಿಂದ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲಿರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗಿರುವನು.
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆದರಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಬರುವೆನು.
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 ಇನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೋಕವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಜೀವಿಸುವ ದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಜೀವಿಸುವಿರಿ.
Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನೀವು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವೆನೆಂದು ನೀವು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿದು ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿರಿ.
At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವವನೇ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವನು. ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 ಯೂದನು (ಇಸ್ಕರಿಯೋತನಲ್ಲ)--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ನಮಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಯಾವನಾ ದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾವು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿವಾಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆವು.
Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸದವನು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ ಮಾತು ನನ್ನದಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಾತೇ.
He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
25 ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ;
These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 ತಂದೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮನೆಂಬ ಆದರಿಕನೇ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆನಪಿಗೆ ತರುವನು.
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನನ್ನ ಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಲೋಕವು ಕೊಡುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳ ದಿರಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅಂಜದಿರಲಿ.

28 ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವದು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ನೀವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಗುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯು ನನಗಿಂತಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

29 ಅದು ನಡೆಯುವಾಗ ನೀವು ನಂಬುವಂತೆ ನಡೆಯು ವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚೆಯೇ ಈಗ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಇಹ ಲೋಕದ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯು ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟದ್ದು ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
