Ecclesiastes 3
9 ತಾನು ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಯುವವನಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವೇನಿದೆ?
10 ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೆ ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
11 ತನ್ನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಆತನು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದಿಯಿಂದ ಅಂತ್ಯದ ವರೆಗೂ ದೇವರು ನಡಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾರದಂತೆ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
12 ಒಬ್ಬನು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದೇ ಹೊರತು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಮೇಲೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.
13 ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತಿಂದು, ಕುಡಿದು, ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಸದ ಮೇಲನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವದು ದೇವರ ದಾನದಿಂದಲೇ.
14 ದೇವರು ಮಾಡುವದೆಲ್ಲವು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರುವದೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿಸಬಾರದು, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆಯಬಾರದು; ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಆತನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಪಡುವಂತೆ ದೇವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
15 ಇದ್ದದ್ದು ಈಗ ಇದೆ, ಇರುವದು ಆಗಲೇ ಇತ್ತು; ಗತಿಸಿಹೋದದ್ದನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
16 ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಇತ್ತೆಂದು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯ ಇದೆಯೆಂದು ನೀತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡೆನು.
17 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ -- ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡುವನು; ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಉದ್ದೇ ಶಕ್ಕೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೂ ಸಮಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.
9 What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?
10 I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.
11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
12 I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
16 And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.
17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.

9 ತಾನು ಪ್ರಯಾಸಪಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ದುಡಿಯುವವನಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವೇನಿದೆ?
What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?
10 ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರ ಪುತ್ರರಿಗೆ ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಯಾಸವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

11 ತನ್ನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದನ್ನು ಆತನು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಆದಿಯಿಂದ ಅಂತ್ಯದ ವರೆಗೂ ದೇವರು ನಡಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನೂ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾರದಂತೆ ಅವರ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

12 ಒಬ್ಬನು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವದೇ ಹೊರತು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಮೇಲೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು.
I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
13 ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತಿಂದು, ಕುಡಿದು, ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಯಾಸದ ಮೇಲನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವದು ದೇವರ ದಾನದಿಂದಲೇ.
And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
14 ದೇವರು ಮಾಡುವದೆಲ್ಲವು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿರುವದೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿಸಬಾರದು, ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅದರಿಂದ ಯಾವದನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆಯಬಾರದು; ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಆತನ ಎದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಪಡುವಂತೆ ದೇವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
15 ಇದ್ದದ್ದು ಈಗ ಇದೆ, ಇರುವದು ಆಗಲೇ ಇತ್ತು; ಗತಿಸಿಹೋದದ್ದನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
16 ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದು ಇತ್ತೆಂದು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ದುಷ್ಕೃತ್ಯ ಇದೆಯೆಂದು ನೀತಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡೆನು.
And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.
17 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ -- ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನೂ ದುಷ್ಟರನ್ನೂ ದೇವರು ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡುವನು; ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಉದ್ದೇ ಶಕ್ಕೂ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೂ ಸಮಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.
I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
