Genesis 35:1
ದೇವರು ಯಾಕೋಬನಿಗೆ--ಎದ್ದು ಬೇತೇಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡು; ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಏಸಾವನೆದುರಿನಿಂದ ಓಡಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ನಿನಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಜ್ಞವೇದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟು ಅಂದನು.
