பாபிலோனின் விஸ்தீரணமான மதில்கள் முற்றிலும் தரையாக்கப்பட்டு, அதின் உயரமான வாசல்கள் அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரிக்கப்படும்; அப்படியே ஜனங்கள் பிரயாசப்பட்டது விருதாவாகவும், ஜாதிகள் வருத்தப்பட்டுச் சம்பாதித்தது அக்கினிக்கு இரையுமாகுமென்று சேனைகளின் கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்.
