तौभी क्या तुम उनके सयाने होने तक आशा लगाए ठहरी रहतीं? और उनके निमित्त पति करने से रुकी रहतीं? हे मेरी बेटियों, ऐसा न हो, क्योंकि मेरा दु:ख तुम्हारे दु:ख से बहुत बढ़कर है; देखो, यहोवा का हाथ मेरे विरुद्ध उठा है।

Would ye tarry for them till they were grown? would ye stay for them from having husbands? nay, my daughters; for it grieveth me much for your sakes that the hand of the LORD is gone out against me.

לְבִלְתִּ֖י biltî beel-TEE
from having הֱי֣וֹת hāyâ ha-YA
husbands? לְאִ֑ישׁ ʾîš eesh
nay, אַ֣ל ʾal al
my daughters; בְּנֹתַ֗י bat baht
for כִּֽי kî kee
it grieveth מַר mārar ma-RAHR
לִ֤י
me much מְאֹד֙ mĕʾōd meh-ODE
for מִכֶּ֔ם min meen
your sakes that כִּֽי kî kee
is gone out against me. יָצְאָ֥ה yāṣāʾ ya-TSA
