જો તમે પવિત્ર વિશ્રામવારને પાળશો અને તે દિવસે તમારો પોતાનો ધંધો તથા મોજમજા કરશો નહિ, પણ તમે વિશ્રામવારને આનંદોત્સવનો યહોવાનો પવિત્ર દિવસ જાણીને, તે વિષે આનંદથી બોલશો અને તમારાં કાર્યો બંધ રાખીને યહોવાનો આદર કરશો, તેમ જ તમારી પોતાની ઇચ્છાઓને અને આનંદપ્રમોદને અનુસરસો નહિ અને કૂથલી નહિ કરતાં, તેને માન આપશો.
