Deuteronomy 29 in Tamil

1 ஓரேபிலே இஸ்ரவேல் புத்திரரோடே பண்ணிக்கொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையை அல்லாமல், மோவாபின் தேசத்திலே அவர்களோடே உடன்படிக்கைபண்ணிக் கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட வார்த்தைகள் இவைகளே. These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

2 மோசே இஸ்ரவேலர் எல்லாரையும் வரவழைத்து, அவர்களை நோக்கி: எகிப்துதேசத்தில் உங்கள் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாகப் பார்வோனுக்கும் அவனுடைய எல்லா ஊழியக்காரருக்கும் அவனுடைய தேசமுழுவதற்கும், And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;

3 கர்த்தர் செய்த பெரிய சோதனைகளையும், பெரிய அடையாளங்களையும், அற்புதங்களையும் கண்ணாரக் கண்டீர்களே. The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:

4 ஆகிலும் கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு உணரத்தக்க இருதயத்தையும், காணத்தக்க கண்களையும், கேட்கத்தக்க காதுகளையும் இந்நாள்வரைக்கும் கொடுக்கவில்லை. Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.

5 கர்த்தராகிய நான் உங்கள் தேவன் என்று நீங்கள் அறிந்துகொள்ளும்படிக்கு, நான் நாற்பது வருஷம் உங்களை வனாந்தரத்தில் நடத்தினேன்; உங்கள்மேல் இருந்த வஸ்திரம் பழையதாய்ப் போகவும் இல்லை, உங்கள் காலிலிருந்த பாதரட்சைகள் பழையதாய்ப் போகவும் இல்லை. And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.

6 நீங்கள் அப்பம் சாப்பிடவும் இல்லை, திராட்சரசமும் மதுவும் குடிக்கவும் இல்லை என்றார். Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.

7 நீங்கள் இவ்விடத்துக்கு வந்தபோது, எஸ்போனின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனும், பாசானின் ராஜாவாகிய ஓகும் நம்மோடே யுத்தஞ்செய்யப் புறப்பட்டர்கள்; நாம் அவர்களை முறிய அடித்து, And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:

8 அவர்களுடைய தேசத்தைப் பிடித்து, அதை ரூபனியருக்கும் காத்தியருக்கும் மனாசேயின் பாதிக் கோத்திரத்திற்கும் சுதந்தரமாகக் கொடுத்தோம். And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.

9 இப்பொழுதும் நீங்கள் செய்வதெல்லாம் உங்களுக்கு வாய்க்கும்படிக்கு, இந்த உடன்படிக்கையின் வார்த்தைகளைக் கைக்கொண்டு, அவைகளின்படி செய்வீர்களாக. Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.

10 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சொன்னபடியேயும், உன் பிதாக்களாகிய ஆபிரகாமுக்கும் ஈசாக்குக்கும் யாக்கோபுக்கும் ஆணையிட்டுக் கொடுத்தபடியேயும், இன்று உன்னைத் தமக்கு ஜனமாக ஏற்படுத்திக்கொள்ளவும், தாம் உனக்கு தேவனாயிருக்கவும். Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

11 நீ உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைக்கும் இன்று அவர் உன்னோடே பண்ணுகிற அவருடைய ஆணையுறுதிக்கும் உட்படும்படிக்கு, Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

12 உங்கள் கோத்திரங்களின் தலைவரும் உங்கள் மூப்பரும் உங்கள் அதிபதிகளும் இஸ்ரவேலின் சகல புருஷரும், That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:

13 உங்கள் பிள்ளைகளும், உங்கள் மனைவிகளும், உங்கள் பாளயத்துக்குள்ளிருக்கிற உங்கள் விறகுக்காரனும், உங்கள் தண்ணீர்க்காரனுமான அந்நியர் எல்லாரும் இன்று உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சமுகத்தில் நிற்கிறீர்களே. That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

14 நான் உங்களோடேமாத்திரம் இந்த உடன்படிக்கையையும் இந்த ஆணையையும் உறுதியையும் பண்ணாமல், Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

15 இன்று இங்கே நம்மோடேகூட நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சமுகத்தில் நிற்கிறவர்களோடேயும், இன்று இங்கே நம்மோடே இராதவர்களோடேயும்கூட அதைப் பண்ணுகிறேன். But with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:

16 நாம் எகிப்து தேசத்தில் குடியிருந்ததையும், நாம் கடந்துவந்த இடங்களிலிருந்த ஜாதிகளின் நடுவில் நடந்துவந்ததையும் நீங்கள் அறிந்திருக்கிறீர்கள். (For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;

17 அவர்களுடைய அருவருப்புகளையும், அவர்களிடத்திலிருக்கிற மரமும் கல்லும் வெள்ளியும் பொன்னுமான அவர்களுடைய நரகலான தேவர்களையும் கண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள். And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)

18 ஆகையால், அந்த ஜாதிகளின் தேவர்களைச் சேவிக்கப் போகும்படி, இன்று நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரைவிட்டு அகலுகிற இருதயமுள்ள ஒரு புருஷனாகிலும் ஸ்திரீயாகிலும் குடும்பமாகிலும் கோத்திரமாகிலும் உங்களில் இராதபடிக்கும், நஞ்சையும் எட்டியையும் முளைப்பிக்கிற யாதொரு வேர் உங்களில் இராதபடிக்கும் பாருங்கள். Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;

19 அப்படிப்பட்டவன் இந்த ஆணையுறுதியின் வார்த்தைகளைக் கேட்டும், தாகத்தினிமித்தம் வெறிக்கக் குடித்து, மன இஷ்டப்படி நடந்தாலும் எனக்குச் சுகமுண்டாயிருக்கும் என்று தன் உள்ளத்தைத் தேற்றிக்கொண்டால், கர்த்தர் அவனை மன்னிக்கச் சித்தமாயிரார். And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:

20 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தரின் கோபமும் எரிச்சலும் அந்த மனிதன்மேல் புகையும்; இந்தப் புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிற சாபங்களெல்லாம் அவன்மேல் தங்கும்; கர்த்தர் அவன் பேரை வானத்தின்கீழ் இராதபடிக்குக் குலைத்துப்போடுவார். The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.

21 இந்த நியாயப்பிரமாண புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிற உடன்படிக்கையினுடைய சகல சாபங்களின்படியும் அவனுக்குத் தீங்காக கர்த்தர் இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்கள் எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் அவனைப் புறம்பாக்கிப்போடுவார். And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:

22 அப்பொழுது உங்களுக்குப் பின் எழும்பும் தலைமுறையான உங்கள் பிள்ளைகளும், தூரதேசத்திலிருந்து வரும் அந்நியரும், கர்த்தர் இந்த தேசத்துக்கு வருவித்த வாதைகளையும் நோய்களையும் காணும்போதும், So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;

23 கர்த்தர் தமது கோபத்திலும் தமது உக்கிரத்திலும் சோதோமையும் கொமோராவையும் அத்மராவையும் செபோரையும் கவிழ்த்துப்போட்டதுபோல, இந்த தேசத்தின் நிலங்களெல்லாம் விதைப்பும் விளைவும் யாதொரு பூண்டின் முளைப்புமில்லாதபடிக்கு, கந்தகத்தாலும் உப்பாலும் எரிக்கப்பட்டதைக் காணும்போதும், And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:

24 அந்த ஜாதிகளெல்லாம் கர்த்தர் இந்த தேசத்திற்கு ஏன் இப்படிச் செய்தார்; இந்த மகா கோபம் பற்றியெரிந்ததற்குக் காரணம் என்ன என்று சொல்லுவார்கள். Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

25 அதற்கு அவர்களுடைய பிதாக்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் அவர்களை எகிப்து தேசத்திலிருந்து புறப்படப்பண்ணும்போது, அவர்களோடே பண்ணின உடன்படிக்கையை அவர்கள் விட்டுப்போய், Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:

26 தாங்கள் அறியாமலும் தங்களுக்கு ஒரு பலனும் அளிக்காமலும் இருக்கிற தேவர்களாகிய வேறே தேவர்களைச் சேவித்து, அவைகளைப் பணிந்துகொண்டபடியினாலே, For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:

27 கர்த்தர் இந்தப் புஸ்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிற சாபங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் இந்தத் தேசத்தின்மேல் வரப்பண்ண அதின்மேல் கோபம் மூண்டவராகி, And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:

28 அவர்களைக் கோபத்தினாலும் உக்கிரத்தினாலும் மகா எரிச்சலினாலும் அவர்களுடைய தேசத்திலிருந்து வேரோடே பிடுங்கி, இந்நாளில் இருக்கிறதுபோல, அவர்களை வேறே தேசத்தில் எறிந்துவிட்டார் என்று சொல்லப்படும். And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.

29 மறைவானவைகள் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கே உரியவைகள்; வெளிப்படுத்தப்பட்டவைகளோ, இந்த நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தின் வார்த்தைகளின்படியெல்லாம் செய்யும்படிக்கு, நமக்கும் நம்முடைய பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் என்றென்றைக்கும் உரியவைகள். The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

1 Oraepilae Israel puththirarotae pannnnikkonnda udanpatikkaiyai allaamal, movaapin thaesaththilae avarkalotae udanpatikkaipannnnik Karththar Moseskkuk kattalaiyitta vaarththaikal ivaikalae. These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

2 Moses isravaelar ellaaraiyum varavalaiththu, avarkalai Nnokki: ekipthuthaesaththil ungal kannkalukku munpaakap paarvonukkum avanutaiya ellaa ooliyakkaararukkum avanutaiya thaesamuluvatharkum, And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;

3 Karththar seytha periya sothanaikalaiyum, periya ataiyaalangalaiyum, arputhangalaiyum kannnnaarak kannteerkalae. The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:

4 Aakilum Karththar ungalukku unaraththakka iruthayaththaiyum, kaanaththakka kannkalaiyum, kaetkaththakka kaathukalaiyum innaalvaraikkum kodukkavillai. Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.

5 Karththaraakiya naan ungal Dhevan entu neengal arinthukollumpatikku, naan naarpathu varusham ungalai vanaantharaththil nadaththinaen; ungalmael iruntha vasthiram palaiyathaayp pokavum illai, ungal kaaliliruntha paatharatchaைkal palaiyathaayp pokavum illai. 6 Neengal appam saappidavum illai, thiraatcharasamum mathuvum kutikkavum illai entar. Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.

7 Neengal ivvidaththukku vanthapothu, esponin raajaavaakiya seekonum, paasaanin raajaavaakiya okum nammotae yuththanjaெyyap purappattarkal; naam avarkalai muriya atiththu, And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:

8 Avarkalutaiya thaesaththaip pitiththu, athai roopaniyarukkum kaaththiyarukkum manaaseyin paathik koththiraththirkum suthantharamaakak koduththom. And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh.

9 Ippoluthum neengal seyvathellaam ungalukku vaaykkumpatikku, intha udanpatikkaiyin vaarththaikalaik kaikkonndu, avaikalinpati seyveerkalaaka. Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.

10 Un thaevanaakiya Karththar unakkuch sonnapatiyaeyum, un pithaakkalaakiya aapirakaamukkum eesaakkukkum yaakkopukkum aannaiyittuk koduththapatiyaeyum, intu unnaith thamakku janamaaka aerpaduththikkollavum, thaam unakku thaevanaayirukkavum. Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

11 Nee un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya udanpatikkaikkum intu avar unnotae pannnukira avarutaiya aannaiyuraுthikkum utpadumpatikku, Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

12 Ungal koththirangalin thalaivarum ungal moopparum ungal athipathikalum isravaelin sakala purusharum, That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:

13 Ungal pillaikalum, ungal manaivikalum, ungal paalayaththukkullirukkira ungal virakukkaaranum, ungal thannnneerkkaaranumaana anniyar ellaarum intu ungal thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya samukaththil nirkireerkalae. That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

14 Naan ungalotaemaaththiram intha udanpatikkaiyaiyum intha aannaiyaiyum uraுthiyaiyum pannnnaamal, Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

15 Intu ingae nammotaekooda nammutaiya thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya samukaththil nirkiravarkalotaeyum, intu ingae nammotae iraathavarkalotaeyumkooda athaip pannnukiraேn. But with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:

16 Naam ekipthu thaesaththil kutiyirunthathaiyum, naam kadanthuvantha idangaliliruntha jaathikalin naduvil nadanthuvanthathaiyum neengal arinthirukkireerkal. (For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;

17 Avarkalutaiya aruvaruppukalaiyum, avarkalidaththilirukkira maramum kallum velliyum ponnumaana avarkalutaiya narakalaana thaevarkalaiyum kanntirukkireerkal. And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)

18 Aakaiyaal, antha jaathikalin thaevarkalaich sevikkap pokumpati, intu nammutaiya thaevanaakiya karththaraivittu akalukira iruthayamulla oru purushanaakilum sthireeyaakilum kudumpamaakilum koththiramaakilum ungalil iraathapatikkum, nanjaiyum ettiyaiyum mulaippikkira yaathoru vaer ungalil iraathapatikkum paarungal. Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;

19 Appatippattavan intha aannaiyuraுthiyin vaarththaikalaik kaettum, thaakaththinimiththam verikkak kutiththu, mana ishdappati nadanthaalum enakkuch sukamunndaayirukkum entu than ullaththaith thaettikkonndaal, Karththar avanai mannikkach siththamaayiraar. And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:

20 Appoluthu karththarin kopamum erichchalum antha manithanmael pukaiyum; inthap pusthakaththil eluthiyirukkira saapangalellaam avanmael thangum; Karththar avan paerai vaanaththingeel iraathapatikkuk kulaiththuppoduvaar. The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.

21 Intha niyaayappiramaana pusthakaththil eluthiyirukkira udanpatikkaiyinutaiya sakala saapangalinpatiyum avanukkuth theengaaka Karththar Israel koththirangal ellaavattirkum avanaip purampaakkippoduvaar. And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:

22 Appoluthu ungalukkup pin elumpum thalaimuraiyaana ungal pillaikalum, thoorathaesaththilirunthu varum anniyarum, Karththar intha thaesaththukku varuviththa vaathaikalaiyum Nnoykalaiyum kaanumpothum, So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;

23 Karththar thamathu kopaththilum thamathu ukkiraththilum sothomaiyum komoraavaiyum athmaraavaiyum seporaiyum kavilththuppottathupola, intha thaesaththin nilangalellaam vithaippum vilaivum yaathoru poonntin mulaippumillaathapatikku, kanthakaththaalum uppaalum erikkappattathaik kaanumpothum, And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:

24 Antha jaathikalellaam Karththar intha thaesaththirku aen ippatich seythaar; intha makaa kopam pattiyerinthatharkuk kaaranam enna entu solluvaarkal. Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

25 Atharku avarkalutaiya pithaakkalin thaevanaakiya Karththar avarkalai ekipthu thaesaththilirunthu purappadappannnumpothu, avarkalotae pannnnina udanpatikkaiyai avarkal vittuppoy, Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:

26 Thaangal ariyaamalum thangalukku oru palanum alikkaamalum irukkira thaevarkalaakiya vaeraே thaevarkalaich seviththu, avaikalaip panninthukonndapatiyinaalae, For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:

27 Karththar inthap pusthakaththil eluthiyirukkira saapangal ellaavattaைyum inthath thaesaththinmael varappannna athinmael kopam moonndavaraaki, And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:

28 Avarkalaik kopaththinaalum ukkiraththinaalum makaa erichchalinaalum avarkalutaiya thaesaththilirunthu vaerotae pidungi, innaalil irukkirathupola, avarkalai vaeraே thaesaththil erinthuvittar entu sollappadum. And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.

29 Maraivaanavaikal nammutaiya thaevanaakiya karththarukkae uriyavaikal; velippaduththappattavaikalo, intha niyaayappiramaanaththin vaarththaikalinpatiyellaam seyyumpatikku, namakkum nammutaiya pillaikalukkum ententaikkum uriyavaikal. The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
