பின்னும் மோசே: சாயங்காலத்தில் நீங்கள் புசிக்கிறதற்குக் கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு இறைச்சியையும், விடியற்காலத்தில் நீங்கள் திர்ப்தியடைகிறதற்கு அப்பத்தையும் கொடுக்கையில் இது விளங்கும்; கர்த்தருக்கு விரோதமாக நீங்கள் முறுமுறுத்த உங்கள் முறுமுறுப்புகளை அவர் கேட்டார்; நாங்கள் எம்மாத்திரம்? உங்கள் முறுமுறுப்புகள் எங்களுக்கு அல்ல, கர்த்தருக்கே விரோதமாய் இருக்கிறது என்றான்.

பின்னும் மோசே: மாலையில் நீங்கள் சாப்பிடுவதற்குக் கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு இறைச்சியையும், அதிகாலையில் நீங்கள் திருப்தியடைவதற்கு அப்பத்தையும் கொடுக்கும்போது இது வெளிப்படும்; கர்த்தருக்கு விரோதமாக நீங்கள் முறுமுறுத்த உங்களுடைய முறுமுறுப்புகளை அவர் கேட்டார்; நாங்கள் எம்மாத்திரம்? உங்களுடைய முறுமுறுப்புகள் எங்களுக்கு அல்ல, கர்த்தருக்கே விரோதமாக இருக்கிறது என்றான்.

மோசே தொடர்ந்து, “நீங்கள் முறையிட்டீர்கள், கர்த்தர் உங்கள் முறையீட்டைக் கேட்டார். எனவே இன்றிரவு கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்கு மாமிசம் கிடைக்கச் செய்வார். காலையில் உங்களுக்குத் தேவையான அப்பத்தைப் பெறுவீர்கள். நீங்கள் ஆரோனிடமும் என்னிடமும் முறையிட்டுக்கொண்டிருக்கிறீர்கள். நீங்கள் ஆரோனுக்கும் எனக்கும் எதிராக அல்ல, நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்கெதிராகவே முறையிட்டீர்கள்” என்றான்.

பின் மோசே, “ஆண்டவருக்கு எதிராக நீங்கள் முறுமுறுக்கும் முறையீடுகளை அவர் கேட்டதால்தான் உண்பதற்கு மாலையில் இறைச்சியையும், நிறைவடைவதற்குக் காலையில் அப்பத்தையும் ஆண்டவர் உங்களுக்குத் தருகிறார். அப்படியிருக்க, நாங்கள் யார்? உங்கள் முறுமுறுப்புகள் எங்களுக்கு எதிரானவை அல்ல; ஆண்டவருக்கே எதிரானவை” என்றார்.⒫

Pinnum Moses: saayangaalaththil neengal pusikkiratharkuk Karththar ungalukku iraichchiyaiyum, vitiyarkaalaththil neengal thirpthiyataikiratharku appaththaiyum kodukkaiyil ithu vilangum; karththarukku virothamaaka neengal muraுmuraுththa ungal muraுmuraுppukalai avar kaettar; naangal emmaaththiram? Ungal muraுmuraுppukal engalukku alla, karththarukkae virothamaay irukkirathu entan.
