அவனோடே பென்யமீன் மனுஷர் ஆயிரம்பேரும், சவுலின் வீட்டு வேலைக்காரனாகிய சீபாவும், ஆண்டவனுடைய பதினைந்து குமாரரும், அவனுடைய இருபது வேலைக்காரரும் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் ராஜாவுக்கு முன்பாக யோர்தானை வேகமாய்க் கடந்துபோனார்கள்.
