ஒருவன் தன் அடிமையானவன் கண்ணையாகிலும் தன் அடிமைப்பெண்ணின் கண்ணையாகிலும் அடித்ததினால் அதைக் கெடுத்தால் அவன் கண்ணுக்குப் பதிலாக அவனை விடுதலைபண்ணிவிடவேண்டும்.
