1 Thes were the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron: Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.అహరోను సంతతివారికి కలిగిన వంతులేవనగా, అహరోను కుమారులు నాదాబు అబీహు ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారు.

2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the priest's office.నాదాబును అబీహుయును సంతతిలేకుండ తమ తండ్రికంటె ముందుగా చనిపోయిరి గనుక ఎలియా జరును ఈతామారును యాజకత్వము జరుపుచువచ్చిరి.

3 David with Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, divided them according to their ordering in their service.దావీదు ఎలియాజరు సంతతివారిలో సాదోకును ఈతామారు సంతతివారిలో అహీమెలెకును ఏర్పరచి, వారి వారి జనముయొక్క లెక్కనుబట్టి పని నియమించెను.

4 There were more chief men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar; and [thus] were they divided: of the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen, heads of fathers' houses; and of the sons of Ithamar, according to their fathers' houses, eight.వారిని ఏర్పరచుటలో ఈతామారు సంతతివారిలోని పెద్దలకంటె ఎలియాజరు సంతతివారిలోని పెద్దలు అధికులుగా కనబడిరి గనుక ఎలియాజరు సంతతివారిలో పదునారుగురు తమ పితరుల యింటివారికి పెద్దలుగాను, ఈతామారు సంతతి వారిలో ఎనిమిదిమంది తమ తమ పితరుల యింటివారికి పెద్దలుగాను నియమింపబడిరి.

5 Thus were they divided impartially by drawing lots; for there were princes of the sanctuary, and princes of God, both of the sons of Eleazar, and of the sons of Ithamar.​ఎలియాజరు సంతతిలోని వారును, ఈతామారు సంతతివారిలో కొందరును దేవునికి ప్రతిష్ఠితులగు అధికారులై యుండిరి గనుక తాము పరిశుద్ధ స్థలమునకు అధికారులుగా ఉండుటకై చీట్లువేసి వంతులు పంచుకొనిరి.

6 Shemaiah the son of Nethanel the scribe, who was of the Levites, wrote them in the presence of the king, and the princes, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech the son of Abiathar, and the heads of the fathers' [houses] of the priests and of the Levites; one fathers' house being taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.లేవీయులలో శాస్త్రిగానున్న నెతనేలు కుమారుడగు షెమయా రాజు ఎదుటను, అధిపతుల యెదు టను, యాజకుడైన సాదోకు ఎదుటను, అబ్యాతారు కుమారుడైన అహీమెలెకు ఎదుటను, యాజకులయెదుటను, లేవీయుల యెదుటను, పితరుల యిండ్లపెద్దలైన వారి యెదుటను వారి పేళ్లు దాఖలు చేసెను; ఒక్కొక్క పాత్రలోనుండి యొక పితరుని యింటి చీటి ఎలియాజరు పేరటను ఇంకొకటి ఈతా మారు పేరటను తీయబడెను.

7 Now the first lot came forth to Jehoiarib, the second to Jedaiah,మొదటి చీటి యెహోయారీబునకు, రెండవది యెదా యాకు,

8 the third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,మూడవది హారీమునకు, నాలుగవది శెయొరీము నకు,

9 the fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,అయిదవది మల్కీయాకు, ఆరవది మీయామినుకు,

10 the seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,ఏడవది హక్కోజునకు, ఎనిమిదవది అబీయాకు,

11 the ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,తొమి్మదవది యేషూవకు పదియవది షెకన్యాకు పదకొండవది ఎల్యాషీబునకు,

12 the eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,పండ్రెండవది యాకీమునకు,

13 the thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,పదుమూడవది హుప్పాకు, పదునాలుగవది యెషెబాబునకు,

14 the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,​పదునయిదవది బిల్గాకు, పదునారవది ఇమ్మేరునకు,

15 the seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Happizzez,​పదునేడవది హెజీరునకు, పదునెనిమిదవది హప్పి స్సేసునకు,

16 the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezkel,పందొమి్మదవది పెతహయాకు ఇరువదియవది యెహెజ్కేలునకు,

17 the twenty-first to Jachin, the twenty-second to Gamul,ఇరువదియొకటవది యాకీనునకు, ఇరువది రెండవది గామూలునకు,

18 the twenty-third to Delaiah, the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.ఇరువది మూడవది దెలాయ్యాకు, ఇరువదినాలుగవది మయజ్యాకు పడెను.

19 This was the ordering of them in their service, to come into the house of Yahweh according to the ordinance [given] to them by Aaron their father, as Yahweh, the God of Israel, had commanded him.ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా వారి పితరుడగు అహరోనునకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన కట్టడ ప్రకారముగా వారు తమ పద్ధతిచొప్పున యెహోవా మందిరములో ప్రవేశించి చేయవలసిన సేవాధర్మము ఈలాగున ఏర్పాటు ఆయెను.

20 Of the rest of the sons of Levi: of the sons of Amram, Shubael; of the sons of Shubael, Jehdeiah.శేషించిన లేవీ సంతతివారెవరనగా అమ్రాము సంతతిలో షూబాయేలును, షూబాయేలు సంతతిలో యెహెద్యాహును,

21 Of Rehabiah: of the sons of Rehabiah, Isshiah the chief.రెహబ్యా యింటిలో అనగా రెహబ్యా సంతతిలో పెద్దవాడైన ఇష్షీయాయును,

22 Of the Izharites, Shelomoth; of the sons of Shelomoth, Jahath.ఇస్హారీ యులలో షెలోమోతును, షెలోమోతు సంతతిలో యహతును,

23 The sons [of Hebron]: Jeriah [the chief], Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.హెబ్రోను సంతతిలో పెద్దవాడైన యెరీయా, రెండవవాడైన అమర్యా, మూడవవాడైన యహజీయేలు, నాలుగవవాడైన యెక్మెయాములును,

24 The sons of Uzziel, Micah; of the sons of Micah, Shamir.ఉజ్జీయేలు సంతతిలో మీకాయును మీకా సంతతిలో షామీరును,

25 The brother of Micah, Isshiah; of the sons of Isshiah, Zechariah.ఇష్షీయా సంతతిలో జెకర్యాయును,

26 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi; the sons of Jaaziah: Beno.మెరారీ సంతతిలో మహలి, మూషి అనువారును యహజీ యాహు సంతతిలో బెనోయును.

27 The sons of Merari: of Jaaziah, Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur, and Ibri.యహజీయాహువలన మెరారికి కలిగిన కుమారులెవరనగా బెనో షోహము జక్కూరు ఇబ్రీ.

28 Of Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.మహలికి ఎలియాజరు కలిగెను, వీనికి కుమారులు లేకపోయిరి.

29 Of Kish; the sons of Kish: Jerahmeel.కీషు ఇంటివాడు అనగా కీషు కుమారుడు యెరహ్మెయేలు.

30 The sons of Mushi: Mahli, and Eder, and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites after their fathers' houses.మూషి కుమారులు మహలి ఏదెరు యెరీమోతు,వీరు తమ పితరుల యిండ్లనుబట్టి లేవీ యులు.

31 These likewise cast lots even as their brothers the sons of Aaron in the presence of David the king, and Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the heads of the fathers' [houses] of the priests and of the Levites; the fathers' [houses] of the chief even as those of his younger brother.​వీరును తమ సహోదరులైన అహరోను సంతతివారు చేసినట్లు రాజైన దావీదు ఎదుటను సాదోకు అహీమెలెకు అను యాజకులలోను లేవీయులలోను పితరుల యిండ్ల పెద్దలయెదుటను తమలోనుండు పితరుల యింటి పెద్దలకును తమ చిన్న సహోదరులకును చీట్లు వేసికొనిరి.
