but the lips	וְשִׂפְתֵ֥י	śāpâ	sa-FA
of the wise	חֲ֝כָמִ֗ים	ḥākām	ha-HAHM
shall preserve them.	תִּשְׁמוּרֵֽם׃	šāmar	sha-MAHR
