Proverbs 3 - DBY (Telugu)

1 My son, forget not my teaching, and let thy heart observe my commandments;నా కుమారుడా, నా ఉపదేశమును మరువకుము నా ఆజ్ఞలను హృదయపూర్వకముగా గైకొనుము.

2 for length of days, and years of life, and peace shall they add to thee.అవి దీర్ఘాయువును సుఖజీవముతో గడచు సంవ త్సరములను శాంతిని నీకు కలుగజేయును.

3 Let not loving-kindness and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck, write them upon the tablet of thy heart:దయను సత్యమును ఎన్నడును నిన్ను విడిచి పోనియ్య కుము వాటిని కంఠభూషణముగా ధరించుకొనుము. నీ హృదయమను పలకమీద వాటిని వ్రాసికొనుము.

4 and thou shalt find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.అప్పుడు దేవుని దృష్టియందును మానవుల దృష్టి యందును నీవు దయనొంది మంచివాడవని అనిపించుకొందువు.

5 Confide in Jehovah with all thy heart, and lean not unto thine own intelligence;నీ స్వబుద్ధిని ఆధారము చేసికొనక నీ పూర్ణహృదయముతో యెహోవాయందు నమ్మక ముంచుము

6 in all thy ways acknowledge him, and he will make plain thy paths.నీ ప్రవర్తన అంతటియందు ఆయన అధికారమునకు ఒప్పుకొనుము అప్పుడు ఆయన నీ త్రోవలను సరాళము చేయును.

7 Be not wise in thine own eyes; fear Jehovah, and depart from evil:నేను జ్ఞానిని గదా అని నీవనుకొనవద్దు యెహోవాయందు భయభక్తులుగలిగి చెడుతనము విడిచి పెట్టుము

8 it shall be health for thy navel, and moisture for thy bones.అప్పుడు నీ దేహమునకు ఆరోగ్యమును నీ యెముకలకు సత్తువయు కలుగును.

9 Honour Jehovah with thy substance, and with the first-fruits of all thine increase;నీ రాబడి అంతటిలో ప్రథమఫలమును నీ ఆస్తిలో భాగమును ఇచ్చి యెహోవాను ఘన పరచుము.

10 so shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy vats shall overflow with new wine.అప్పుడు నీ కొట్లలో ధాన్యము సమృద్ధిగా నుండును నీ గానుగులలోనుండి క్రొత్త ద్రాక్షారసము పైకి పొరలి పారును.

11 My son, despise not the instruction of Jehovah, neither be weary of his chastisement;నా కుమారుడా, యెహోవా శిక్షను తృణీకరింపవద్దు ఆయన గద్దింపునకు విసుకవద్దు.

12 for whom Jehovah loveth he chasteneth, even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.తండ్రి తనకు ఇష్టుడైన కుమారుని గద్దించు రీతిగా యెహోవా తాను ప్రేమించువారిని గద్దించును.

13 Blessed is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.జ్ఞానము సంపాదించినవాడు ధన్యుడు వివేచన కలిగిన నరుడు ధన్యుడు.

14 For the gain thereof is better than the gain of silver, and her revenue than fine gold.వెండి సంపాదించుటకంటె జ్ఞానము సంపాదించుట మేలు అపరంజి సంపాదించుటకంటె జ్ఞానలాభము నొందుట మేలు.

15 She is more precious than rubies; and all the things thou canst desire are not equal unto her.పగడములకంటె అది ప్రియమైనది నీ యిష్టవస్తువులన్నియు దానితో సమానములు కావు.

16 Length of days is in her right hand; in her left hand riches and honour.దాని కుడిచేతిలో దీర్ఘాయువును దాని యెడమచేతిలో ధనఘనతలును ఉన్నవి.

17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.దాని మార్గములు రమ్యమార్గములు దాని త్రోవలన్నియు క్షేమకరములు.

18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her; and happy is he that retaineth her.దాని నవలంబించువారికి అది జీవవృక్షము దాని పట్టుకొనువారందరు ధన్యులు.

19 Jehovah by wisdom founded the earth; by understanding he established the heavens.జ్ఞానమువలన యెహోవా భూమిని స్థాపించెను వివేచనవలన ఆయన ఆకాశవిశాలమును స్థిరపరచెను.

20 By his knowledge the deeps were broken up, and the skies drop down the dew.ఆయన తెలివివలన అగాధజలములు ప్రవహించు చున్నవి మేఘములనుండి మంచుబిందువులు కురియుచున్నవి.

21 My son, let them not depart from thine eyes; keep sound wisdom and discretion:నా కుమారుడా, లెస్సయైన జ్ఞానమును వివేచనను భద్రము చేసికొనుము వాటిని నీ కన్నుల ఎదుటనుండి తొలగిపోనియ్యకుము

22 so shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace unto thy neck.అవి నీకు జీవముగాను నీ మెడకు అలంకారముగాను ఉండును

23 Then shalt thou walk in thy way securely, and thy foot shall not stumble;అప్పుడు నీ మార్గమున నీవు సురక్షితముగా నడిచెదవు నీ పాదము ఎప్పుడును తొట్రిల్లదు.

24 when thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid, but thou shalt lie down and thy sleep shall be sweet.పండుకొనునప్పుడు నీవు భయపడవు నీవు పరుండి సుఖముగా నిద్రించెదవు.

25 Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the destruction of the wicked, when it cometh;ఆకస్మికముగా భయము కలుగునప్పుడు దుర్మార్గులకు నాశనము వచ్చునప్పుడు నీవు భయపడవద్దు

26 for Jehovah shall be thy confidence, and he will keep thy foot from being taken.యెహోవా నీకు ఆధారమగును నీ కాలు చిక్కుబడకుండునట్లు ఆయన నిన్ను కాపా డును.

27 Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thy hand to do it.మేలుచేయుట నీ చేతనైనప్పుడు దాని పొందదగినవారికి చేయకుండ వెనుకతియ్యకుము.

28 Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to-morrow I will give, when thou hast it by thee.ద్రవ్యము నీయొద్ద నుండగా రేపు ఇచ్చెదను పోయి రమ్మని నీ పొరుగువానితో అనవద్దు.

29 Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.నీ పొరుగువాడు నీయొద్ద నిర్భయముగా నివసించు నపుడు వానికి అపకారము కల్పింపవద్దు.

30 Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.నీకు హాని చేయనివానితో నిర్నిమిత్తముగా జగడ మాడవద్దు.

31 Envy not the man of violence, and choose none of his ways.బలాత్కారము చేయువాని చూచి మత్సరపడకుము వాడు చేయు క్రియలను ఏమాత్రమును చేయ గోర వద్దు

32 For the perverse is an abomination to Jehovah; but his secret is with the upright.కుటిలవర్తనుడు యెహోవాకు అసహ్యుడు యథార్థవంతులకు ఆయన తోడుగా నుండును.

33 The curse of Jehovah is in the house of the wicked; but he blesseth the habitation of the righteous.భక్తిహీనుల యింటిమీదికి యెహోవా శాపము వచ్చును నీతిమంతుల నివాసస్థలమును ఆయన ఆశీర్వదించును.

34 He indeed scorneth the scorners; but he giveth grace unto the lowly.అపహాసకులను ఆయన అపహసించును దీనునియెడల ఆయన దయ చూపును.

35 The wise shall inherit glory; but shame shall be the promotion of the foolish.జ్ఞానులు ఘనతను స్వతంత్రించుకొందురు. బుద్ధిహీనులు అవమానభరితులగుదురు.
