ఆమె ప్రసవకాలమందు కవల వారు ఆమె గర్భమందుండిరి.

| travail, her of | לִדְתָּ֑הּ | lidtāh | leed-TA |
| that, behold, | וְהִנֵּ֥ה | wĕhinnē | veh-hee-NAY |
| twins | תְאוֹמִ֖ים | tĕʾômîm | teh-oh-MEEM |
| were in her womb. | בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃ | bĕbiṭnāh | beh-veet-NA |
