Genesis 37 - ASV (Telugu)

1 And Jacob dwelt in the land of his father's sojournings, in the land of Canaan.యాకోబు తన తండ్రి పరదేశవాసిగ ఉండిన కనాను దేశములో నివసించెను.

2 These are the generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brethren; and he was a lad with the sons of Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives: and Joseph brought the evil report of them unto their father.యాకోబువంశావళి యిది. యోసేపు పదునేడేండ్లవాడై తన సహో దరులతో కూడ మందను మేపుచుండెను. అతడు చిన్నవాడై తన తండ్రి భార్యలైన బిల్హా కుమారుల యొద్దను జిల్పా కుమారుల యొద్దను ఉండెను. అప్పుడు యోసేపు వారి చెడుతనమును గూర్చిన సమాచారము వారి తండ్రియొద్దకు తెచ్చుచుండు వాడు.

3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colors.మరియు యోసేపు ఇశ్రాయేలు వృద్ధాప్యమందు పుట్టిన కుమారుడు గనుక తన కుమారులందరికంటె ఎక్కు వగా అతని ప్రేమించి అతనికొరకు విచిత్రమైన నిలువు టంగీ కుట్టించెను.

4 And his brethren saw that their father loved him more than all his brethren; and they hated him, and could not speak peaceably unto him.అతని సహోదరులు తమ తండ్రి అతనిని తమ అందరికంటె ఎక్కువగా ప్రేమించుట చూచినప్పుడు వారు అతని మీద పగపట్టి, అతనిని క్షేమ సమాచారమైనను అడుగలేక పోయిరి.

5 And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.యోసేపు ఒక కల కని తన సహోదరులతో అది తెలియచెప్పగా వారు అతనిమీద మరి పగపట్టిరి.

6 And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed:అతడు వారినిచూచినేను కనిన యీ కలను మీరు దయచేసి వినుడి.

7 for, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves came round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf.అదేమనగా మనము చేనిలో పనలు కట్టుచుంటిమి; నా పన లేచినిలుచుండగా మీ పనలు నా పనను చుట్టుకొని నా పనకు సాష్టాంగపడెనని చెప్పెను.

8 And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? Or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.అందుకతని సహోదరులు నీవు నిశ్చయముగా మమ్ము నేలెదవా? మామీద నీవు అధి కారి వగుదువా అని అతనితో చెప్పి, అతని కలలనుబట్టియు అతని మాటలనుబట్టియు అతనిమీద మరింత పగపట్ట

9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it to his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed yet a dream: and, behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars made obeisance to me.అతడింకొక కల కని తన సహోదరులకు తెలియచేసిఇదిగో నేను మరియొక కలకంటిని; అందులో సూర్య చంద్రులును పదకొండు నక్షత్రములును నాకు సాష్టాంగ పడెనని చెప్పెను.

10 And he told it to his father, and to his brethren; and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? 12 And his brethren went to feed their father's flock in Shechem.అతని సహోదరులు షెకెములో తమ తండ్రి మందను మేపుటకు వెళ్లిరి.

13 And Israel said unto Joseph, Are not thy brethren feeding the flock in Shechem? Come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలు యోసేపును చూచినీ సహోదరులు షెకెములో మంద మేపుచున్నారు. నిన్ను వారియొద్దకు పంపెదను రమ్మన్నప్పుడు అతడుమంచిదని అతనితో చెప్పెను.

14 And he said to him, Go now, see whether it is well with thy brethren, and well with the flock; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.అప్పుడతడునీవు వెళ్ళి నీ సహోదరుల క్షేమమును మంద క్షేమమును తెలిసికొని నాకు వర్తమానము తెమ్మని అతినితో చెప్పి హెబ్రోను లోయలోనుండి అతని పంపెను. అతడు షెకెమునకు వ

15 And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou?అతడు పొలములో ఇటు అటు తిరుగు చుండగా ఒక మనుష్యుడు అతనిని చూచినీవేమి వెదకుచున్నావని అతని నడిగెను.

16 And he said, I am seeking my brethren: tell me, I pray thee, where they are feeding `the flock'.అందుకతడునేను నా సహోదరులను వెదుకుచున్నాను, వారు ఎక్కడ మందను మేపుచున్నారో అది దయచేసి నాకు తెలుపు మని అడిగెను.

17 And the man said, They are departed hence; for I heard them say, Let us go to Dothan. And Joseph went after his brethren, and found them in Dothan.అందుకు ఆ మనుష్యుడుఇక్కడనుండి వారు సాగి వెళ్లిరి. వారుదోతానుకు వెళ్లుదము రండని చెప్పుకొనుట వింటినని చెప్పెను. అప్పుడు యోసేపు తన సహోదరుల కోసము వెళ్లి దోతానులో వారిని క

18 And they saw him afar off, and before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.అతడు దగ్గరకు రాకమునుపు వారు దూరము నుండి అతని చూచి అతని చంపుటకు దురాలోచన చేసిరి.

19 And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.వారుఇదిగో ఈ కలలు కనువాడు వచ్చు చున్నాడు;

20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into one of the pits, and we will say, And evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.వీని చంపి యిక్కడనున్న ఒక గుంటలో పారవేసి, దుష్టమృగము వీని తినివేసెనని చెప్పుదము, అప్పుడు వీని కలలేమగునో చూతము రండని ఒకనితో ఒకడు మాటలాడుకొనిరి.

21 And Reuben heard it, and delivered him out of their hand, and said, Let us not take his life.రూబేను ఆ మాట వినిమనము వానిని చంపరాదని చెప్పి వారి చేతులలో పడకుండ అతని విడిపించెను.

22 And Reuben said unto them, Shed no blood; cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, but lay no hand upon him: that he might deliver him out of their hand, to restore him to his father.ఎట్లనగా రూబేను అతని తండ్రికి అతని నప్పగించుటకై వారి చేతులలో పడకుండ అతని విడిపింప దలచిరక్తము చిందింపకుడి; అతనికి హాని ఏమియు చేయక అడవిలోనున్న యీ గుంటలో అతని పడద్రోయుడని వారితో చెప్పెను.

23 And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stripped Joseph of his coat, the coat of many colors that was on him;యోసేపు తన సహోదరుల యొద్దకు వచ్చినప్పుడు వారు యోసేపు అంగీని అతడు తొడుగుకొని యుండిన ఆ విచిత్రమైన నిలువుటంగీని తీసివేసి,

24 and they took him, and cast him into the pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.అతని పట్టుకొని ఆ గుంటలో పడద్రోసిరి. ఆ గుంట వట్టిది అందులో నీళ్లులేవు.

25 And they sat down to eat bread: and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and, behold, a caravan of Ishmaelites was coming from Gilead, with their camels bearing spicery and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.వారు భోజనముచేయ కూర్చుండి, కన్నులెత్తి చూడగా ఐగుప్తునకు తీసికొని పోవుటకు గుగ్గిలము మస్తకియు బోళ మును మోయుచున్న ఒంటెలతో ఇష్మాయేలీయులైన మార్గస్థులు గిలాదునుండి వచ్చుచుండిరి.

26 And Judah said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother and conceal his blood?అప్పుడు యూదా మనము మన సహోదరుని చంపి వాని మరణ మును దాచి పెట్టినందువలన ఏమి ప్రయో జనము?

27 Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother, our flesh. And his brethren hearkened unto him.ఈ ఇష్మాయేలీయులకు వానిని అమి్మ వేయుదము రండి; వాడు మన సహోదరుడు మన రక్త సంబంధిగదా? వానికి హాని యేమియు చేయరాదని తన సహోదరులతో చెప్పెను. అందుకతని సహోద రులు సమ్మతించిరి.

28 And there passed by Midianites, merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver. And they brought Joseph into Egypt.మిద్యానీయు లైన వర్తకులు ఆ మీదుగా వెళ్లుచుండగా, వారు ఆ గుంటలోనుండి యోసేపును పైకి తీసి ఆ ఇష్మాయేలీ యులకు ఇరువది తులముల వెండికి అతనిని అమి్మవేసిరి. వారు యోసేపును ఐగుప్తునకు తీసికొనిపోయిరి.

29 And Reuben returned unto the pit; and, behold, Joseph was not in the pit; and he rent his clothes.రూబేను ఆ గుంటకు తిరిగివచ్చినప్పుడు యోసేపు గుంటలో లేక పోగా అతడు తన బట్టలు చింపుకొని

30 And he returned unto his brethren, and said, The child is not; and I, whither shall I go?తన సహోదరుల యొద్దకు తిరిగివెళ్లిచిన్నవాడు లేడే; అయ్యో నేనెక్క డికి పోదుననగా

31 And they took Joseph's coat, and killed a he-goat, and dipped the coat in the blood;వారు యోసేపు అంగీని తీసికొని, ఒకమేకపిల్లను చంపి, దాని రక్తములో ఆ అంగీముంచి

32 and they sent the coat of many colors, and they brought it to their father, and said, This have we found: know now whether it is thy son's coat or not.ఆ విచిత్రమైన నిలువు టంగీని పంపగా వారు తండ్రియొద్దకు దానిని తెచ్చిఇది మాకు దొరికెను, ఇది నీ కుమారుని అంగీ అవునో కాదో గురుతుపట్టుమని చెప్పిరి

33 And he knew it, and said, It is my son's coat: an evil beast hath devoured him; Joseph is without doubt torn in pieces.అతడు దానిని గురుతుపట్టి ఈ అంగీ నా కుమారునిదే; దుష్ట మృగము వానిని తినివేసెను; యోసేపు నిశ్చయముగా చీల్చబడెననెను.

34 And Jacob rent his garments, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days.యాకోబు తన బట్టలు చింపుకొని తన నడుమున గోనెపట్ట కట్టుకొని అనేక దినములు తన కుమారుని నిమిత్తము అంగలార్చు చుండగా

35 And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down to Sheol to my son mourning. And his father wept for him.అతని కుమారు లందరును అతని కుమార్తె లందరును అతనిని ఓదార్చుటకు యత్నము చేసిరి; అయితే అతడు ఓదార్పు పొందనొల్లకనేను అంగలార్చుచు మృతుల లోకమునకు నా కుమారుని యొద్దకు

36 And the Midianites sold him into Egypt unto Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh's, the captain of the guard.మిద్యానీయులు ఐగుప్తునకు అతని తీసికొనిపోయి, ఫరోయొక్క ఉద్యోగస్థుడును రాజ సంరక్షక సేనాధిపతియునైన పోతీఫరునకు అతనిని అమి్మ వేసిరి.
