Deuteronomy 16:18
నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీ కిచ్చుచున్న నీ గ్రామము లన్నిటను నీ గోత్రములకు న్యాయాధిపతులను నాయ కులను నీవు ఏర్పరచుకొనవలెను. వారు న్యాయమును బట్టి జనులకు తీర్పుతీర్చవలెను.

| God thy | יְהוָ֧ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| giveth | אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ | ʾĕlōhêkā | ay-loh-HAY-ha |
| thee, throughout thy tribes: | נֹתֵ֥ן | nōtēn | noh-TANE |
