Deuteronomy 1:41
అందుకు మీరుమేము యెహో వాకు విరోధముగా పాపము చేసితివిు; మా దేవుడైన యెహోవా మా కాజ్ఞాపించిన మాటలన్నిటి ననుసరించి మేము పోయి యుద్ధము చేసెదమని నాతో ఉత్తర మిచ్చి, మీరందరు మీ ఆయుధములను కట్టుకొని, ఆలోచింపక ఆ మన్నెమునకు పోగా
| Then ye answered | וַֽתַּעֲנ֣וּ׀ | wattaʿănû | va-ta-uh-NOO |
| and said | וַתֹּֽאמְר֣וּ | wattōʾmĕrû | va-toh-meh-ROO |
| unto | אֵלַ֗י | ʾēlay | ay-LAI |
| sinned have We me, | חָטָאנוּ֮ | ḥāṭāʾnû | ha-ta-NOO |
| against the Lord, | לַֽיהוָה֒ | layhwāh | lai-VA |
| we | אֲנַ֤חְנוּ | ʾănaḥnû | uh-NAHK-noo |
| will go up | נַֽעֲלֶה֙ | naʿăleh | na-uh-LEH |
| and fight, | וְנִלְחַ֔מְנוּ | wĕnilḥamnû | veh-neel-HAHM-noo |
| all to according | כְּכֹ֥ל | kĕkōl | keh-HOLE |
| that | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| the Lord | צִוָּ֖נוּ | ṣiwwānû | tsee-WA-noo |
| God our | יְהוָ֣ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA |
| commanded | אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ | ʾĕlōhênû | ay-loh-HAY-noo |
| on girded had ye when And us. | וַֽתַּחְגְּר֗וּ | wattaḥgĕrû | va-tahk-ɡeh-ROO |
| every man | אִ֚ישׁ | ʾîš | eesh |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| weapons his | כְּלֵ֣י | kĕlê | keh-LAY |
| of war, | מִלְחַמְתּ֔וֹ | milḥamtô | meel-hahm-TOH |
| ye were ready | וַתָּהִ֖ינוּ | wattāhînû | va-ta-HEE-noo |
| up go to | לַֽעֲלֹ֥ת | laʿălōt | la-uh-LOTE |
| into the hill. | הָהָֽרָה׃ | hāhārâ | ha-HA-ra |
