రాజు గారడీ విద్యగల వారిని కల్దీయులను జ్యోతిష్యులను పిలువనంపుడని ఆతురముగా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చి, బబులోనులోని జ్ఞానులు రాగానే ఇట్లనెనుఈ వ్రాతను చదివి దీని భావమును నాకు తెలియజెప్పువాడెవడో వాడు ఊదా రంగు వస్త్రము కట్టుకొని తన మెడను సువర్ణమయమైన కంఠభూషణము ధరింపబడినవాడై రాజ్యములో మూడవ యధిపతిగా ఏలును.
