2 Chronicles 14 - YLT (Telugu)

1 And Abijah lieth with his fathers, and they bury him in the city of David, and reign doth Asa his son in his stead: in his days was the land quiet ten years.అబీయా తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రింపగా జనులు అతనిని దావీదు పట్టణమందు పాతిపెట్టిరి; అతనికి బదులుగా అతని కుమారుడైన ఆసా రాజాయెను. ఇతని దినములలో దేశము పది సంవత్సరములు నెమ్మది పొందెను.

2 And Asa doth that which is good, and that which is right, in the eyes of Jehovah his God,ఆసాతన దేవుడైన యెహోవా దృష్టికి అనుకూలముగాను యథార్థముగాను నడచినవాడై

3 and turneth aside the altars of the stranger, and the high places, and breaketh the standing-pillars, and cutteth down the shrines,అన్యదేవతల బలిపీఠములను పడగొట్టి ఉన్నతస్థలములను పాడుచేసి ప్రతిమలను పగులగొట్టి దేవతా స్తంభములను కొట్టివేయించి

4 and saith to Judah to seek Jehovah, God of their fathers, and to do the law and the command;వారి పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవాను ఆశ్రయించుటకును, ధర్మశాస్త్రమునుబట్టియు విధినిబట్టియు క్రియలు జరిగించుటకును, యూదావారికి ఆజ్ఞాపించి

5 and he turneth aside out of all cities of Judah the high places and the images, and the kingdom is quiet before him.ఉన్నత స్థలములను సూర్య దేవతాస్తంభములను యూదావారి పట్టణములన్నిటిలోనుండి తీసివేసెను. అతనియేలు బడియందు రాజ్యము నెమ్మదిగా ఉండెను.

6 And he buildeth cities of bulwarks in Judah, for the land hath quiet, and there is no war with him in these years, because Jehovah hath given rest to him.ఆ సంవత్సరములలో అతనికి యుద్ధములు లేక పోవుటచేత దేశములో నెమ్మదికలిగియుండెను; యెహోవా అతనికి విశ్రాంతి దయచేసియుండగా అతడు యూదా దేశమున ప్రాకారములుగల పట్టణములను కట్టించెను.

7 And he saith to Judah, `Let us build these cities, and compass `them' with wall, and towers, two-leaved doors, and bars, while the land `is' before us, because we have sought Jehovah our God, we have sought, and He giveth rest to us round about;' and they build and prosper.అతడు యూదావారికి ఈలాగు ప్రకటనచేసెనుమన దేవుడైన యెహోవాను మనము ఆశ్రయించితివిు, ఆశ్ర యించినందున ఆయన మన చుట్టును నెమ్మది కలుగజేసి యున్నాడు; దేశమందు మనము నిరభ్యంతరముగా తిరుగ వచ్చును, మనము ఈ పట్టణములను కట్టించి, వాటికి ప్రాకారములను గోపురములను గుమ్మములను ద్వారబంధ ములను అమర్చుదము. కాగావారు పట్టణములను కట్టి వృద్ధినొందిరి.

8 And there is to Asa a force bearing target and spear, out of Judah three hundred thousand, and out of Benjamin, bearing shield and treading bow, two hundred and eighty thousand: all these `are' mighty of valour.ఆ కాలమున డాళ్లను ఈటెలను పట్టుకొను మూడు లక్షలమంది యూదావారును, కేడెములు ధరించివిల్లువేయు రెండు లక్షల ఎనుబది వేలమంది బెన్యామీనీ యులును కూడిన సైన్యము ఆసాకు ఉండెను; వీరందరును పరాక్రమశాలులై యుండిరి.

9 And come out unto them doth Zerah the Cushite with a force of a thousand thousand, and chariots three hundred, and he cometh in unto Mareshah,కూషీయుడైన జెరహు వారిమీద దండెత్తి వేయి వేల సైన్యమును మూడువందల రథములను కూర్చుకొని బయలుదేరి మారేషావరకు రాగా ఆసా అతనికి ఎదురుబోయెను.

10 and Asa goeth out before him, and they set battle in array in the valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.వారు మారేషానొద్ద జెపాతా అను పల్లపుస్థలమందు పంక్తులు తీర్చి యుద్ధము కలుపగా

11 And Asa calleth unto Jehovah his God, and saith, `Jehovah! it is nothing with Thee to help, between the mighty and those who have no power; help us, O Jehovah, our God, for on Thee we have leant, and in Thy name we have come against this multitude; O Jehovah, our God thou `art'; let him not prevail with Thee -- mortal man!ఆసా తన దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టి యెహోవా, విస్తారమైన సైన్యముచేతిలో ఓడిపోకుండ బలములేనివారికి సహాయము చేయుటకు నీకన్న ఎవరును లేరు; మా దేవా యెహోవా, మాకు సహాయముచేయుము, నిన్నే నమ్ముకొని యున్నాము, నీ నామమునుబట్టియే యీ సైన్యమును ఎదిరించుటకు బయలుదేరియున్నాము. యెహోవా నీవే మా దేవుడవు, నరమాత్రులను నీ పైని జయమొందనియ్యకుము అని ప్రార్థింపగా

12 And Jehovah smiteth the Cushim before Asa, and before Judah, and the Cushim flee,​యెహోవా ఆ కూషీయులను ఆసాయెదుటను యూదావారి యెదుటను నిలువనియ్యక వారిని మొత్తినందున వారు పారిపోయిరి.

13 and Asa and the people who `are' with him pursue them even to Gerar, and there fall of the Cushim, for they have no preserving, because they have been broken before Jehovah, and before His camp; and they bear away very much spoil,ఆసాయును అతనితో కూడనున్న వారును గెరారువరకు వారిని తరుమగా కూషీయులు మరల పంక్తులు తీర్చ లేక యెహోవా భయముచేతను ఆయన సైన్యపు భయముచేతను పారిపోయిరి. యూదావారు విశేషమైన కొల్లసొమ్ము పట్టుకొనిరి.

14 and smite all the cities round about Gerar, for a fear of Jehovah hath been upon them, and they spoil all the cities, for abundant spoil hath been in them;గెరారు చుట్టునున్న పట్టణములలోని వారందరి మీదికి యెహోవా భయము వచ్చెను గనుక ఆ పట్టణములన్నిటిని కొల్లపెట్టి, వాటిలోనున్న మిక్కుటమైన కొల్లసొమ్మంతయు దోచుకొనిరి.

15 and also tents of cattle they have smitten, and they capture sheep in abundance, and camels, and turn back to Jerusalem.మరియు వారు పసుల సాలలను పడగొట్టి విస్తారమైన గొఱ్ఱలను ఒంటెలను సమ కూర్చుకొని యెరూషలేమునకు తిరిగి వచ్చిరి.
