1 Samuel 23:12
కెయీలా జనులు నన్ను నా జనులను సౌలు చేతికి అప్పగించుదురా అని దావీదు మరల మనవి చేయగా యెహోవావారు నిన్ను అప్ప గించుదురని సెలవిచ్చెను.

| deliver | קְעִילָ֛ה | qĕʿîlâ | keh-ee-LA |
| me and my men | אֹתִ֥י | ʾōtî | oh-TEE |
| hand the into | וְאֶת | wĕʾet | veh-ET |
| of Saul? | אֲנָשַׁ֖י | ʾănāšay | uh-na-SHAI |
| And the Lord | בְּיַד | bĕyad | beh-YAHD |
| said, | שָׁא֑וּל | šāʾûl | sha-OOL |
| They will deliver thee up. | וַיֹּ֥אמֶר | wayyōʾmer | va-YOH-mer |
| יְהוָ֖ה | yĕhwâ | yeh-VA | |
